Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh
komunikasi dan promosi jabatan terhadap turover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability
sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua
karyawan Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Purwokerto yang berjumlah 31 responden. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh
yang positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Bank
Himpunan Saudara 1906 Cabang Purwokerto. (2) Promosi jabatan mempunyai
pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Cabang Purwokerto. (3) Komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Bank
Himpunan Saudara 1906 Cabang Purwokerto. (4) Promosi Jabatan mempunyai
pengaruh yang negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Cabang Purwokerto. (5) Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai
pengaruh yang negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Cabang Purwokerto. (6) Kepuasan Kerja memediasi
pengaruh komunikasi terhadap Turnover Intention pada Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Cabang Purwokerto. (7) Kepuasan Kerja memediasi pengaruh Promosi Jabatan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Cabang Purwokerto.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The aims of research are to find out and to analyze the effects of
communication and promotion opportunity on turnover intention with aspects of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method used was a survey with a sampling technique using nonprobability sampling with sampling saturation. The population of this research is all the employement of Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Purwokerto,it is known that sample size of this research is 31 respondents. Based on the analysis of research data by using Partial Least Square (PLS) showed that: (1) Communication have positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction of Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Purwokerto. (2) Promotion Opportunity have positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction of Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Purwokerto. (3) Communication have negative and significant effect on turnover intention of Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Purwokerto. (4) Promotion Opportunity have negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention of Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Purwokerto. (5) Job Satisfiction have negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention of Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Purwokerto. (6) Communication havedirectly effect onTurnover Intention, and also indirect effect
on Turnover Intention with mediated job satisfaction. It turns out that the direct effect coefficient -0,332is less than the indirect effect is -0,198. So the results of the above analysis it can be concluded that job satisfaction is mediate the relationship between communication and Turnover Intention. (7) Promotion Opportunity have directly effect on Turnover Intention, and also indirect
effect on Turnover Intention with mediated job satisfaction. It turns out that the direct effect coefficient -0,440 is less than the indirect effect is -0,185. So the results of the above analysis it can be concluded that job satisfaction is mediate the relationship between communication and Turnover Intention.
