| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Disperindagkop Dalam Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (Umkm) Perajin Logam Industri Satria Di Desa Pasir Wetan Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Pengembangan UMKM Perajin Logam Industri Satria di Desa Pasir Wetan Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan kelompok organisasi usaha mitra binaan Dinas Perindustrian kabupaten Banyumas. Dalam pengembangannya aktor-aktor yang berkepentingan diantaranya: Disperidagkop, pemerintah desa, pengusaha logam, perajin logam dan tokoh-tokoh yang ikut serta menjaga eksistensi kerajinan logam sekaligus berperan penting dalam pengembangan UMKM industri logam di Pasir Wetan. Selain itu, Pengembangan perajin logam juga belum sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip community development. Adapun faktor penghambat dalam pengembangan pengrajin logam adalah lemahnya peran dan koordinasi pemerintah desa dalam memajukan usaha-usaha yang ada di desa. Kemudian masih lemahnya peran Disperidagkop dalam pembinaan pelatihan dan promosi. Selain itu masalah internal dari pengembangan ini adalah lemahnya pemahaman tentang perkoperasian didalam kelompok oleh anggota dan terus menurunnya antusias anggota kelompok terhadap kepentingan kemajuan kelompok sebagai organisasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan, tingginya budaya usaha dan kewirausahaan, secara turun temurun terutama di kalangan angkatan kerja muda, tidak diimbangi dengan pelatihan, bimbingan konsultasi dan penyuluhan, serta kemitraan dan binaan dari Disperidagkop yang bersifat partisipatif dan pro aktif. Sehingga pembentukan organisasi kelompok usaha merupakan wadah koperasi yang mutlak dimaksudkan untuk melayani kepentingan anggota dan kemajuan bersama belum terlaksana dengan baik. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research discusses the development of Micro, Small and Medium Craft Metal "Satria Industries" in the village Pasir Wetan Banyumas. This study aims to: 1) understand and explain the actors involved in the development of micro small and medium metal crafters "Satria Industries" in the village of Banyumas PasirWetan 2) understand and explain the factors that support and hinder the development of micro small and medium crafters metal "Satria Industries" in the village Pasir Wetan Banyumas. so that the method used is qualitative methods of describing a social phenomenon while the approach used is a case study approach and the interactive analysis of the data analysis techniques. Result of this research describes that the development of Micro, Small and Medium Craft Metal Satria Industries in Banyumas PasirWetan Village is a group of business organization established partners of Industry Banyumas district. In development actors concerned are: Disperidagkop, village government, employers metal, metal craftsmen and leaders participating at the same time maintaining the existence of metal craft was instrumental in the development of micro small and medium enterprises in the metal industry PasirWetan. In addition, the development of metal crafters is also not in accordance with the principles of community development. The limiting factor in the development of this art is the lack of coordination and the role of government in promoting rural businesses in the village. Later still weak Disperidagkop role in coaching training and promotion. In addition to the internal problems of development are the lack of understanding of cooperatives in the group by members and the enthusiastic members of the group continued to decline against the interests of the group as the organization's progress. In addition, this study shows, the high business and entrepreneurial culture, generation to generation, especially among the young workforce, is not matched with the training, guidance and counseling consultations, as well as partnerships and built from Disperidagkop participatory and pro-active. So the formation of the organization of cooperative group is a container that is absolutely meant to serve the interests of members and the progress has not been performing well together.
