| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah protein bungkil biji jarak fermentasi dapat mengantikan bungkil biji kedelai mencapai 100% dalam taraf pemberian 18%. Materi yang digunakan adalah 20 ekor kelinci peranakan Rex jantan umur (lepas sapih) dengan kisaran bobot (500-1000 gram). Mendapat 4 pakan perlakuan dengan level subtitusi konsentrat protein bungkil biji jarak fermentasi R1 = 0%, R2 = 6%, R3 = 12%, R4 = 18%, dan 5 kali ulangan. Penelitian mengunakan metode eksperimental dengan percobaan Rancangan Acak Lengkap. Peubah yang di ukur adalah kecernaan bahan kering dan kecernaan bahan organik. Data diolah mengunakan analisis covarian dengan covariate bobot badan awal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rataan kecernaan bahan kering R1 = 78,35%, R2 = 76,83%, R3 = 54,48% dan R4 = 65,14% dan rataan kecernaan bahan organik R1 = 43,49%, R2 = 47,68%, R3 = 44,70%, dan R4 = 43,50%. Analisis covariansi menunjukkan perbedaan yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kecernaan bahan kering dan perbedaan yang tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kecernaan bahan organik. Uji orthogonal polynomial menunjukkan respon linier pada kecernaan bahan kering dengan persamaan garis Y = -1,033x + 78,00 dan mempunyai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,253. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perlakuan R4 dengan level pemberian 18% protein bungkil biji jarak fermentasi tidak berbeda dengan pakan yang mengandung bungkil kedelai 18%. |

Inggris) | The aim of this research was to determine whether the protein of fermentasi jatropha seed meal fermented can replace soybean seed meal up to 100% in the level of provision of 18%. The materials used in the study were 20 rex male rabbits breed at the ages (post) with weight range of (500-1000 grams). Rabbits received 4 treatments with the addition of the protein levels of fermented seed meal distance R1 = 0%, R2 = 6%, 12% = R3, R4 = 18%, and 5 replications. The research experimental methods with completely randomized design experiment. The variables measured were dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility. The resualts Showed that the average of obtained dry matter digestibility were R1 = 78.35%, R2 = 76.83%, R3 = R4 = 54.48% and 65.14%. The analysis of variance showed highly significant effect (P<0.05) on dry matter digestibility. The orthogonal polynomial test showed a linear response in dry matter digestibility ingredients with the equation Y = -1.033x + 78.00 (r 2 = 0.253). The means of organic matter digestibility were R1 = 43.49%, R2 = 47.68%, R3 = 44.70%, and R4 = 43.50%. The analysis of variance showed that R4 to often treatments was not significantly different (P<0.01). The conclusion of this experiment is, R4 with the level of provision of 18% protein of fermented jatropha seed meal does not differ with feed containing 18% soybean meal. |
