| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui genus nematoda entomopatogen yang berasal dari Banteran, 2) menguji patogenitas nematoda entomopatogen terhadap S. litura, 3) mengetahui perkembangan hidup hama ulat grayak pada tanaman kubis setelah pemberian nematoda entomopatogen isolat Banteran. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto dari bulan Januari sampai April 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok sebanyak 10 perlakuan dengan 3 kali ulangan dan identifikasi nematoda entomopatogen yang ditemukan dilakukan dengan pencocokkan kunci determinasi Poinar (1990). Perlakuan yang diuji terdiri atas kontrol dan 9 taraf konsentrasi nematoda entomopatogen, yaitu 102 JI/ml, 204 JI/ml, 306 JI/ml, 408 JI/ml, 510 JI/ml, 612 JI/ml, 714 JI/ml, 816 JI/ml dan 918 JI/ml. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil identifikasi nematoda entomopatogen isolat Banteran termasuk dalam genus Heterohabditis. Nematoda entomopatogen isolat Banteran bersifat patogenik terhadap larva S. litura. Konsentrasi nematoda yang efektif, yaitu 918 JI/ml dapat mematikan 86,70% larva S. litura. Nematoda entomopatogen mampu memperlambat lama stadia larva mencapai 4 hari dari waktu normal, dapat menekan jumlah pupa terbentuk mencapai 13,30%, menurunkan bobot pupa hingga 0,2 gram, serta menekan jumlah imago yang muncul hingga 6,70%, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi lama stadia pupa. |

Inggris) | ABSTRAK The research was aimed: 1) to determine identification of entompathogenic nematodes Banteran isolate, 2) to pathogenicity test of entompathogenic nematodes Banteran isolate from S. litura, 3) to determine life development of armyworms pest on cabbage crops after gave of entompathogenic nematodes Banteran isolate. The research was carried out at laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. Purwokerto from January to April 2014. This research using randomized block design which consisted of 10 treatments with 3 replications and entompathogenic nematodes identified based on determination key of Poinar (1990). The treatments consisted of control and 9 level Entompathogenic nematodes concentrations, including 102 JI/ml, 204 JI/ml, 306 JI/ml, 408 2 JI/ml, 510 JI/ml, 612 JI/ml, 714 JI/ml, 816 JI/ml and 918 JI/ml. The result showed that entompathogenic nematodes Banteran isolate was identified as genus Heterorhabditis. Entompathogenic nematodes Banteran isolate were pathogenic on S. litura’s larvae. The effective concentration of entompathogenic nematodes was 918 JI/ml causing 86.70% of larva mortality. Entompathogenic nematodes was able to slow duration of larvae stage reach for 4 days from normal times, able to suppress number of emerged pupa until 13.30%, to drop of pupal’s weight until 0,2 gram and suppress number of emerged imago until 6.70%. However, it did not affect the duration of pupal stage. |
