| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Laju Pertumbuhan Harian dan Rasio Konversi Pakan Ikan Bawal Air Tawar (Colossoma sp.) dengan Pakan Berbahan Baku Limbah Rumput Laut Terfermentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian substitusi pakan dengan bahan baku tepung limbah rumput laut terfermentasi terhadap laju pertumbuhan harian serta rasio konversi pakan ikan Bawal air tawar. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri atas lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara memelihara ikan Bawal air tawar selama 4 minggu didalam akuarium berukuran 30x30x40 cm3. Perlakuan penelitian yaitu subtitusi dedak halus dengan tepung limbah rumput laut dengan perbandingan yang berbeda, P1 = 100%:0%; P2 = 90%:10%; P3 = 80%:20%; P4 = 70%:30%; dan P5 = 60%:40%. Pemberian pakan dilakukan dua kali sehari dengan dosis 3% dari berat total ikan. Variabel yang diamati adalah Laju Pertumbuhan harian dan Rasio Konversi Pakan ikan Bawal air tawar. Hasil LPH dan RKP dalam penelitian ini berkisar antara 0,16-0,41 g/hari dan 0,76-2,63. Hasil ANAVA menunjukkan bahwa substitusi dedak halus dengan tepung limbah rumput laut terfermentasi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0.05) terhadap Laju Pertumbuhan Harian dan Rasio Konversi Pakan ikan Bawal air tawar.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this research is Daily Growth Rate and Feed Conversion Ratio of freshwater Tambaqui (Colossoma sp.) fed with raw material of fermented seaweed waste. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of feed substitution with fermented seaweed waste against the daily growth rate and feed conversion ratio of freshwater Tambaqui. The completely randomized design (CRD) was used as experimental design. It consisted of five treatments and four replication. The research was conducted by culturing freshwater Tambaqui fish for 4 weeks in the aquarium (30x30x40 cm3). Totally five substitution treatments were applied in this study. Fine bran were subtitued with fermented seaweed waste at different ratio i.e. P1 = 100%:0%; P2 = 90%:10%; P3 = 80%:20%; P4 = 70%:30%; dan P5 = 60%:40%, respectively. Feeding were done twice a day with total dose wre 3% of fish body weight. The observed variables were Daily Growth Rate and Feed Conversion Ratio of freshwater Tambaqui. Results of Daily Growth Rate (DGR) and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) in this study ranged from 0,16 – 0,41 g/day dan 0,76 – 2,63. ANOVA results showed that the subtitution of fine bran with fermented seaweed waste was not significantly affect (P>0,05) the Daily Growth Rate and Feed Conversion Ratio of freshwater Tambaqui.
