| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH VARIASI KONSENTRASI PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DAN FREKUENSI PENGENDALIAN HAYATI (Trichoderma sp.) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN BAYAM MERAH |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Bayam merah organik mempunyai prospek pasar yang cukup baik, namun selama ini produksi bayam merah organik masih mengalami hambatan. Penggunaan pupuk organik cair diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil bayam organik dan tercapainya kesehatan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang optimum untuk menghasilkan produksi yang optimal., (2) Mengetahui frekuensi pemberian Trichoderma sp. yang tepat untuk menekan patogenitas pada pertumbuhan bayam merah, (3) Mengetahui ada tidaknya interaksi antara frekuensi pemberian Trichoderma sp. dengan konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Melung, Kabupaten Banyumas dengan ketinggian tempat lebih kurang 515 m di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September sampai dengan November 2013. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Faktor yang dicoba dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsentrasi POC 2,5; 5; 7,5; ml/l dan frekuensi pemberian Trichoderma sp. satu kali (7 hari sebelum tanam), dua kali (7 hari sebelum tanam dan 14 hari setelah tanam). Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, bobot segar tajuk, bobot kering tajuk, dan bobot tanaman per petak efektif. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji F, dilanjutkan dengan DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan konsentrasi 5 ml/l Pupuk Organik Cair memberikan respon secara sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, serta respon nyata terhadap bobot kering tanaman. Frekuensi pemberian pengendalian hayati berupa Trichoderma sp. 2 kali aplikasi memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap luas daun, serta memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap bobot segar tanaman, bobot segar tajuk. Terjadi interaksi antara konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair dan frekuensi pemberian Trichoderma sp. nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan luas daun tanaman bayam merah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Organic red spinach has a pretty good market prospects, but for the production of organic red spinach still have problems. The use of liquid organic is expected to increase the yield of organic spinach and achievement of health food. This study aims to: (1) determine effect concentration of liquid organic fertilizer to produce optimum and optimum production, (2) right determine of frequency Trichoderma sp. to suppress the growth of pathogenic on red spinach, (3) determine whether there is interaction between the frequency of Trichoderma sp. and concentration of liquid organic fertilizer. This research was conducted in the experimental in the Melung village, Banyumas with altitude of approximately 515 m above sea level. The study was conducted in September through November 2013. Experimental design used was a randomized block design (RAK). Factors tested in this study is a concentration of LOF 2,5 ; 5 ; 7,5 ; ml / l and frequency of Trichoderma sp. one time (7 days before planting ), twice (7 days before planting and 14 days after planting ). Variables include the observations of plant height, leaf number, leaf area, plant fresh weight, dry weight of plant, fresh weight canopy, canopy dry weight, and the weight of plants per plot effectively. The date were analyzed using the F test, followed by DMRT (Duncan 's Multiple Range Test ) at 5 % error level. Results of analysis of variance showed a concentration of 5 ml/l Liquid Organic Fertilizer is a very real response to height plant, leaf number, leaf area, and a real response to the dry weight of the plant. Frequency of biological control in the form of Trichoderma sp. 2 times the app gives a very real effect on leaf area, and provide a real effect on plant fresh weight, fresh weight of the canopy. Interaction occurs between the concentration of Liquid Organic Fertilizer and the frequency of Trichoderma sp. significant effect on plant height and leaf area of plants of red spinach. |
