| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian berjudul “Hubungan Dinamika Kelompok dengan Adopsi Teknologi Pakan Ternak Kambing Peranakan Etawa (Studi Kasus di Desa Sukaharja, Kecamatan Sariwangi, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya)”, dilaksanakan mulai dari tanggal 25 November 2013 sampai dengan tanggal 9 Desember 2013 di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui kategori dinamika kelompok peternakan kambing PE, (2) Mengetahui tingkat adopsi teknologi pakan ternak kambing PE, (3) Mengetahui hubungan dinamika kelompok dengan adopsi teknologi pakan peternakan Kambing Peranakan Etawa (PE). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei. Teknik penetapan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Model analisis menggunakan korelasi rank spearman (rs) dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Unsur-unsur dinamika kelompok yang tergolong tinggi diantaranya tujuan kelompok, struktur kelompok dan kekompakan kelompok. Sedangkan yang tergolong sedang adalah fungsi kelompok. Tingkat adopsi teknologi pakan peternakan kambing PE tergolong sedang dengan persentase 82,5%. Uji korelasi rs menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua unsur-unsur dalam dinamika kelompok mempunyai korelasi dengan adopsi teknologi pakan hanya struktur kelompok, fungsi kelompok, dan kekompakan kelompok yang mempunyai hubungan dengan adopsi teknologi pakan, sedangkan tujuan kelompok tidak berhubungan sama sekali dengan adopsi teknologi pakan. Variabel yang berhubungan diantaranya sistem pemberian pakan dengan tujuan kelompok dan struktur kelompok, jenis pakan dengan struktur kelompok, pakan tambahan dengan tujuan kelompok, penggunaan teknologi dengan struktur kelompok, fungsi tugas kelompok, dan kekompakan kelompok, sedangkan pemanfaatan limbah tidak berhubungan antar satu dengan yang lainnya. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research entitled “The relationship group dynamic with the feed technology adoption of the Ettawa Dairy Cattle (the study case in Sukaharja, Sariwangi, Tasikmalaya)”, was held from November 25th 2013 till Desember 9th 2013 in Tasikmalaya. The research had purposes (1) to know the group dynamic category of Ettawa crossbred goat ranch, (2) to know technology adoption degree of Ettawa crossbred goat livestock feed, (3) to know the relationship between group dynamic with the ranch feed technology adoption of the Ettawa Dairy Cattle. The research was done by survey method. Sample assembling technique used purposive sampling method. Analysis model used rank spearman correlation (rs) with SPSS program. Element of group dynamics which is high among group goals, structure of goals, and cohesiveness of group. While element of group which is moderately function of groups. Technology adoption degree of Ettawa crossbred goat ranch feed was classified medium with 82,5%percentages. Correlation test rs showed that not all elements in group dynamic had correlation with the feed technology adoption only group structure, group function, and group collaboration which had the relationship with feed technology adoption, whereas the group purpose didn’t related with feed technology adoption. The correlation of variable is feeding system with a purpose group and the structure of group, the variety of feed with the structure of group, the food additives with a purpose of group, application of technology with the structure of group, function of task group and group cohesiveness, while the utilization of waste unrelated to each other.
