| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Bayam merah (Alternanthera amoena Voss) mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi dibandingkan dengan beberapa jenis bayam lainnya dan permintaan juga cukup tinggi. Ditinjau dari aspek klimatologis, aspek teknis, aspek ekonomis dan aspek sosial Indonesia memiliki kelayakan dalam budidaya bayam merah. Produksi bayam merah dapat ditingkatkan dengan penggunaan jenis dan dosis pupuk organik cair (POC) agar didapatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui jenis pupuk organik cair yang tepat terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah, (2) mengetahui dosis pupuk organik cair yang tepat terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah, (3) mengetahui interaksi antara jenis dan dosis POC terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November sampai bulan Desember 2013 di lahan GAPOKTAN Pager Gunung di Desa Melung Kecamatan Kedung Banteng Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah dengan ketinggian tempat 515 m dpl. Tanah yang digunakan adalah jenis andisol. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode rancangan acak kelompok faktorial (RAK), dengan tiga kali ulangan yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu jenis pupuk organik cair yang meliputi POC super bionik (J1), POC evagrow (J2) dan POC herbafarm (J3). Faktor kedua yaitu dosis pupuk organik cair meliputi 15 ml/m2 (P1), 30 ml/m2 (P2) ,dan 45 ml/m2 (P3) . Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, bobot segar akar, bobot kering akar, bobot segar tajuk, bobot kering tajuk, dan bobot segar per petak efektif. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji F, apabila terdapat pengaruh perlakuan dilanjutkan dengan DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jenis pupuk organik cair yang terbaik adalah Evagrow terhadap variabel bobot segar per petak efektif, sedangkan untuk penggunaan dosis yang tepat adalah 15 ml/m2 terhadap variabel jumlah daun dan bobot segar tanaman per petak efektif, dan tidak terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan jenis POC dan dosis POC terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Red Spinach (Alternanthera amoena Voss) has a high economic value compared to some other types of spinach due to the high demand enough. Looked from the Climatological, Technical, Economic and Social aspects, Indonesia has proper to cultivate the red spinach. Production of red spinach can be improved by using type and dose of liquid organic fertilizer like LOF in order to obtain optimum growth and yield. The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine the type of organic liquid fertilizer right on the growth and yield of red spinach, (2) to determine the dose of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of red spinach appropriately, (3) to know the interaction between the type and the dose of LOF towards the growth and yield of red spinach. The research was conducted on November until December 2013 in GAPOKTAN area, Melung Village, KedungBanteng District, Banyumas, Central Java with pH Level 6.4 andaltitude of 515 m asl. The type of soil which is used is Andisol. The research was conducted using factorial a randomized design (CRD), with three replicates which consisted of two factors. The first factor was the type of liquid organic fertilizer namely LOF super bionic (J1), LOF Evagrow (J2) and LOF herbafarm (J3). The second factor was dose of liquid organic fertilizer namely 15 ml/m2 (P1), 30 ml/m2 (P2), and 45 ml/m2 (P3). Variables observated were plant height, leaf number, leaf area, plant fresh weight, dry weight of plant, root fresh weight, root dry weight, canopy fresh weight, canopy dry weight and fresh weight and effective plot. The data result was analyzed using the F test followed by DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) at 5% error level. The result showed that the best type of liquid organic fertilizer was Evagrow for variable of fresh weight per effective plot, whereas the proper dose was 15ml/m2 for variable of number of leaves and fresh weight of plants per effective plot, and there was no interaction between types of LOF and that dose on the growth and yield of red spinach |
