| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh waktu perendaman ekstrak daun Tectona grandis sebagai doping dye terhadap lapisan tipis titanium dioksida milling 75 jam dan tanpa milling. Karakterisasi sifat optik dilakukan dengan spektrometer UV-Vis untuk mengetahui absorbansi, transmitansi, koefisien absorbsi, ketebalalan lapisan, energi foton dan celah pita energi. Serta karakterisasi menggunakan XRD untuk mengetahui struktur kristal lapisan tipis. Hasil analisis diperoleh absorbansi dengan milling 75 jam pada range 450-650 nm terbesar pada perendaman 1 dan 2 hari sebesar 0,216 a.u dan 0,339 a.u, titanium dioksida tanpa milling pada perendaman 2 dan 5 hari sebesar 0,117 a.u dan 0,115 a.u. Koefisien absorbsi dan ketebalan lapisan masing-masing untuk lapisan tipis dengan milling 75 jam sebesar 18,667 dan 280,838 nm. Energi foton untuk milling 75 jam dengan dan terbesar 2,19 eV dan 2,11 eV pada perendaman 1 hari dan 2 hari. Tanpa milling dan sebesar 2,36 eV dan 2,38 eV pada perendaman 2 hari dan 4 hari. Celah energi, untuk lapisan tipis milling 75 jam (direct gap) sebesar 3,14 eV dan (indirect gap) sebesar 2,69 eV sedangkan lapisan tipis tanpa milling (direct gap) sebesar 2,93 eV dan (indirect gap) sebesar 2,29 eV. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | It had been done the research of the effect soaking time of Tectona grandis leaf extractas doping dye toward thin layer of dioxide-titan is using spin coating method. The research is completely experiment by doing leaf extraction of Tectona grandis until it is produced a dye. Then, we are made a solution with a concentration of 6 %. Extract solution of dye Tectona grandis is used to soak the thin layer of dioxide-titan in milling 75 hours and thin layer of dioxide-titanium without milling in various soaking time 1–5 days. Characterization of optic feature is done with spectrometer UV-Vis 1800 that aims to know absorbance value, transmittance, absorbs coefficient, layer thickness, photon energy and space of tape energy. Then, the characterization use XRD to know crystal structure of dioxide-titan thin layer in milling 75 hours and without milling. Analysis result got the titanium-dioxide thin layer absorbance in milling 75 hours on range of wave length 450 – 650 nm is the biggest on 1 day soaking and 2 days are 0.216 a.u and 0.339 a.u, titanium-dioxide without mailing in 2 days soaking and 5 days soaking are 0.117 a.u and 0.115 a.u. The absorbs coefficient and each layer thickness of titanium-dioxide thin layer milling 75 hours are 18.667 and 280.838 nm. Photon energy for milling 75 hours with λ_(1 )and λ_(2 )got biggest photon energy of 2.19 eV and 2.11 eV on 1 day soaking and 2 days soaking. Without milling λ_(1 )and λ_(2 ) are 2.36 eV and 2.38 eV on 2 days and 4 days soaking. Space of energy for titanium-dioxide thin layer in milling 75 hours (direct gap) is 3.14 eV and (indirect gap) is 2.69 eV, titanium-dioxide thin layer without milling (direct gap) is 2.93 eV and (indirect gap) is 2.29 eV. Crystal structure analysis use XRD test got anatase in both of layer, with each the size of crystals are 22.34 nm for titanium-dioxide thin layer in milling 75 hours and 22.53 nm for dioxide-titan thin layer without milling.
