| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ROCHMAT ALDY PURNOMO NIM C1A010044, “Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Pelatihan Motivasi di Kawasan Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas ( Studi Kasus Pada The Winner Institute )”, Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi Pembangunan, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kelayakan bisnis pelatihan motivasi yang dilihat dalam beberapa aspek kelayakan bisnis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, angket, observasi dan cheklist kebutuhan. Adapun informan yang dipilih yaitu pemilik The Winner Institute, manager The Winner Institute, dan peserta pelatihan The Winner Institute. Populasi diambil dari peserta pelatihan motivasi yang hadir dalam observasi peneliti di acara pelatihan motivasi Revolusi Seni Mengajar “Menjadi Guru Impian” di 5 tempat berbeda dengan total yaitu 312 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 orang yang didapat dari perhitungan rumus slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 10%. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan jenis Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Trend, Net Present Value, Internal Rate Return dan Benefit Cost Ratio. Berdasarkan aspek non-keuangan yang terdiri dari aspek teknis, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek hukum, aspek lingkungan dan manajemen tidak terdapat kendala yang dapat mengganggu proses operasional maupun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari pelatihan motivasi The Winner Institute. Kemudian berdasarkan aspek keuangan, nilai yang dihasilkan dari bisnis pelatihan motivasi The Winner Institute menunjukkan angka positif dan The Winner Institute memiliki potensi pasar bagi pelatihan motivasi tidak hanya di Kecamatan Baturraden namun juga di Kabupaten Banyumas dan sekitarnya serta memenuhi kriteria kelayakan bisnis. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ROCHMAT ALDY PURNOMO NIM C1A010044, “Business Feasibility Study of Motivation Training in Baturraden Subdistrict Banyumas Regency ( Cases Study in The Winner Institute )”. Department of Economic Development, Economic and Business Faculty of Jendral Soedirman University. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of training motivation seen in some aspects of the business feasibility. Collecting data using interview techniques, questionnaires, observations and checklist requirements. The informants were selected in which the owner of The Winner Institute, manager of The Winner Institute, and The Winner Institute participant. Population is taken from the motivation of participants who attended the event observation researchers at motivation training Revolusi Seni Mengajar “Menjadi Guru Impian” in 5 different places with a total of 312 people and the number is as many as 76 samples obtained from the calculation formula of Slovin with 10% error level. The selection of the sample using a type of simple random sampling. This study was conducted using quantitative and qualitative descriptive. Analytical tools in this study using Trend Analysis, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Benefit Cost Ratio. Based on non-finance aspects which consist of technical aspects, marketing aspects, law aspects, environmental aspects, and management aspects have no constraint that can disturb the operational process or the purpose which want to be achieved from the motivation training of The Winner Institute. Then based on finance aspects, the profit that is got from The Winner Institute business show a positive value and The Winner Institute have a potential market for Motivation Training not only in Baturraden Subdistrict but also in Banyumas Regency and surroundings also qualify the criteria of business feasibility. |
