| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sistem informasi merupakan suatu kumpulan elemen yang berjalan sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing namun bersama-sama untuk mencapai satu tujuan bersama. Sistem Informasi Penilaian Kinerja Cleaning Service (SICS) merupakan suatu sistem yang dibuat untuk menilai kinerja cleaning service yang bertugas di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Banyumas. Penilaian kinerja cleaning service merupakan suatu penilaian bagi cleaning service yang didasarkan pada hasil kerja cleaning service sehari-hari. Penilaian kuantitatif kinerja cleaning service ini didasarkan pada sikap, perilaku dan keseluruhan hasil kerja cleaning service. Penilaian kinerja cleaning service ini menggunakan salah satu metode Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan (SPPK) yang berfungsi untuk membantu dalam menentukan pengambilan keputusan yaitu metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). Metode SMART merupakan suatu metode yang berfungsi untuk membantu dalam menentukan pengambilan keputusan terbaik sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditentukan. Penggunaan metode SMART ini membuat hasil akhir penilaian kinerja cleaning service objektif. |

Information system of cleaning service performance assessment (ISCS) is a system designed to assess the performance of cleaning service who works in Banyumas Hospital. Cleaning service performance assessment is an assessment that is based on the work of daily cleaning service. Quantitative assessment of the cleaning service performance are based on the attitude, behavior and overall cleaning service’s work. This assessment of cleaning service performance using one of the Decision Support System (DSS) method which serves to assist in determining the decision, which is SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). SMART is a method to assisst in determining the best decision making in accordance with the criteria and weights have been determined. This SMART method makes the final result of cleaning service performance assessment objective. |
