Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Pemerintah telah menetapkan peraturan dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek yaitu Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1027/MENKES/SK/IX/2004 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui skor pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek Kabupaten Ciamis sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1027/MENKES/SK/IX/2004 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian Di Apotek. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap responden apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 apotek. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 4 aspek sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek, yaitu demografi apotek, aspek pengelolaan sumber daya, pelayanan dan evaluasi mutu pelayanan. Hasil dikategorikan baik apabila persentase skor total 81-100%, cukup apabila persentase skor total 61-80%, dan kurang apabila persentase skor total 20-60%.
Standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek telah diterapkan di apotek Kabupaten Ciamis, yaitu dengan skor 78,54% (kategori cukup) untuk aspek pengelolaan sumber daya, skor 66,83% (kategori cukup) untuk aspek pelayanan dan skor 60,46% (kategori kurang) untuk aspek evaluasi mutu pelayanan, serta hanya 4% apoteker yang hadir setiap hari selama jam buka apotek. Secara keseluruhan total skor untuk semua aspek standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek Kabupaten Ciamis dapat dikategorikan cukup dengan skor 70,33%.

Inggris)The government has been set a rule to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services such as Kepmenkes RI No. 1027/MENKES/SK/IX/2004 about pharmaceutical service standard in pharmacy. The aim of this study is to know score the implementation of pharmaceutical service standard in pharmacies at Ciamis Regency in accordance with the Kepmenkes No. 1027/MENKES/SK/IX/2004 about pharmaceutical service standard in Pharmacy.
The method of this research is descriptive with cross-sectional approach. Research conducted on the pharmacists and pharmacist assistans respondens in 15 districts of Ciamis Regency with the number of samples are 47 pharmacies. The data collected by a questionnaire that consists of 4 aspects appropriate with the Pharmaceutical Service Standard in pharmacy, those are pharmacy demographics, aspects of resource management, service and evaluation of service quality. Results are categorized in good if the total percentage score is 81-100 %, enough if the total percentage score is 61-80 %, and less if the percentage of the total score is 20-60 %.
Pharmaceutical service standar in pharmacy has been applied in Ciamis Regency, and the score is 78.54% (enough category) for resource management, 66.83 % score (enough category) for service and 60.46% score (less category) for the evaluation of service quality. Percentage of attendance of pharmacists is 65,2% (enough category). Overall total score for all aspects of pharmaceutical service standard in Ciamis Regency pharmacies can be categorized in enough category by a score of 70.33%.
