| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Komposisi komunitas nematoda mampu mencerminkan proses ekologi yang terjadi dalam habitat. Analisis respon komunitas nematoda terhadap perbedaan C:N rasio mampu mengindikasikan jalur dekomposisi dan status hara tanah. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan proporsi materi organik terdekomposisi terhadap kelimpahan dan komposisi komunitas nematoda. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental, menggunakan metode Baermann Funnel untuk ekstraksi nematoda agar diketahui famili dan jumlah nematoda. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis ragam (Anova) dua arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbedaan proporsi materi organik berupa C:N serasah berpengaruh terhadap perubahan kelimpahan (p<0.01) dan komposisi komunitas nematoda, serta mempengaruhi struktur jaring-jaring dekomposisi oleh bakteri dan fungi. Perlakuan dengan proporsi 50:50 dari C:N <20 dan >20 media paling baik untuk komunitas nematoda dalam penelitian ini. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The composition of nematodes reflects the ecological processes of a habitat. Response of nematode community to C:N ratio differences of organic matter indicates the decomposition channel and nutrient status of the soil. The aims of this study were to determine how C:N of decomposed plant litter with varying proportion affected the abundance of nematodes. The experimental method was used in this research. Family and abundance of nematode were recorded after extracting nematode by Baermann Funnel method. The results were analyzed by two-way. The results showed that different proportion of litter C:N affected the changes of abundance (p < 0.01) and composition of the nematode communities. Treatment with the 50:50 proportion of C:N < 20 and > 20 showed as the most stable medium in this research |
