| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Desa melung adalah desa rawan bencana yang terletak di kabupaten Banyumas. Dampak yang ditimbulkan bencana tersebut salah satunya dampak psikologi yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan keluarga.Kehidupan keluarga yang semula berjalan normal tiba-tiba terganggu dengan berbagai persoalan. Semua permasalahan ini terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan tidak pernah terbayangkan sebelumnya, sehingga membuat keluarga menjadi kebingungan dan stres. Untuk mengatasi stres yang dialami keluarga pasca bencana angin topan, setiap keluarga dituntut untuk lebih konsentrasi dalam menyelesaikan berbagai masalah. Dengan demikian keluarga perlu mengembangkan strategi adaptasi yang memadai yang disebut strategi koping. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi koping keluarga dalam menghadapi bencana angin topan. Metode: desain cross sectional, diaplikasikan untuk meneliti 111 responden. Hasil: Gambaran strategi koping total keluarga dalam menghadapi bencana angin topan berkategori sedang dengan nilai 61.45. Pada koping berpusat pada masalah berkategori sedang dengan nilai 21.93 pada item planful problem solving berkategori tinggi dengan nilai 9.12, confrontatif berkategori sedang 5.32 dan seeking social support berkategori sedang 5.41. Pada strategi koping berpusat pada emosi berkategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 39.52, pada item positif reapraaisal berkategori tinggi dengan nilai 9.01, accepting responbility berkategori sedang 5.87, self controling berkategori sedang 8.19, distancing berkategori tinggi 8.15 dan escape avoidance berkategori sedang 81.0. Kesimpulan: Gambaran strategi koping total keluarga dalam menghadapi bencana angin topan berkategori sedang. Pada strategi koping berpusat pada masalah berkategori sedang begitu juga pada item confrontatif dan seeking social support terlebih pada planful problem solving berkategori tinggi. pada strategi koping berpusat pada masalah berkategori sedang begitu juga pada item escape avoidance, self controling, dan escape avoidance terlebih pada item positif reapraaisal dan distancing berkategori tinggi. |

Many impact caused disaster, the one impact is psychology that can have an effect family of life. Family life which was normal suddenly disturbed by various problems. All problems this happens suddenly and is unimaginable before, so as to make family to be confusion and stress.To overcome stress suffered a family after the hurricane disaster, every family sued for more concentration in solving various problems.Thus families need to develop strategies adaption adequate called strategy coping. Tujuan: This study examines the coping strategy family in confront of hurricane disaster. Metode: Crosssectional design, applied to examine 111 respondents. Hasil: The strategy coping totaly of family in the front of hurricanes disaster categorized moderet in coping facing catastrophic hurricanes are categorized the value 61.45.
