| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Investasi merupakan motor penggerak pembangunan ekonomi untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Berbagai masalah yang timbul dalam perekonomian sangat memengaruhi keputusan para investor untuk menanamkan modalnya. Pulau Jawa sebagai penyumbang terbesar dalam penanaman modal dalam negeri dan asing di Indonesia diharapkan mampu menjaga dan meningkatkan stabilitas ekonomi sebagai faktor-faktor yang menarik minat investor untuk menanamkan modalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi realisasi penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN) dan penanaman modal asing (PMA) pada enam provinsi di Pulau Jawa tahun 2006 sampai 2012. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PDRB, suku bunga, inflasi, kurs rupiah terhadap dolar AS, rasio belanja modal daerah, angkatan kerja dan upah minimum provinsi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa variabel PDRB, inflasi, kurs rupiah/dolar AS dan rasio belanja modal berpengaruh positif terhadap realisasi PMDN dengan time lag 2 tahun, sedangkan suku bunga dalam negeri, angkatan kerja dan upah minimum provinsi berpengaruh negatif terhadap realisasi PMDN dengan time lag 2 tahun. Adapun variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan 99 persen variasi variabel PMDN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel PDRB dan kurs rupiah terhadap dolar AS berpengaruh positif terhadap realisasi PMA dengan time lag 2 tahun, sedangkan suku bunga LIBOR, inflasi, rasio belanja modal, angkatan kerja dan upah minimum provinsi berpengaruh negatif terhadap realisasi PMA dengan time lag 2 tahun. Variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama mampu menjelaskan 90 persen variasi variabel PMA. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Investment is the motor of economic development to accelerate economic growth. Various issues that arise in the economy greatly affects the decision of investors to invest. Java as the largest contributor in growing domestic and foreign capital in Indonesia is expected to maintain and enhance economic stability as factor that attract investors to invest their money. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the realization of domestic investment (domestic) and foreign direct investment (FDI) in the six provinces on the Java Island from 2006 to 2012. The variables used in this study are GDP , interest rates , inflation , exchange rate IDR/ U.S. dollar, the ratio of government capital expenditure, labor force and the provincial minimum wage. The analysis technique used in this study is data panel with an approach Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Based on the results is that the variables GDP, inflation, exchange rate of the IDR/ U.S. dollar and the ratio of capital expenditure has a positive effect on domestic investment with a time lag of 2 years , while the domestic interest rate, labor force and the minimum wage province negative effect on domestic investment with a time lag of 2 years. These variables are able to explain 99 percent variation in domestic investment. The results showed that variable GDP and the exchange rate IDR/U.S. dollar has a positive effect on the realization of FDI with a time lag of 2 years, while the LIBOR interest rate, inflation, the ratio of capital expenditures, labor force and the provincial minimum wage negatively towards the realization of FDI with a time lag of 2 years. These variables are able to explain 90 percent of the variation variables FDI. |
