| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan penyakit kronis yang memerlukan terapi jangka panjang sehingga keberhasilan terapinya bergantung pada kepatuhan pasien. Ketidakpatuhan terhadap terapi pengobatan akan berdampak pada tidak terkontrolnya gula darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien DM tipe-2 usia dewasa di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien DM tipe-2 usia dewasa di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk analisis bivariat menggunakan chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tiap faktor dengan kepatuhan. Analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik berganda dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepatuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang sangat patuh sebanyak 15 responden (17,6%), patuh sebanyak 38 responden (44,7%), dan tidak patuh sebanyak 32 responden (37,6%). Hasil uji chi square diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan (p = 0,007) dan pengetahuan (p < 0,001) dengan kepatuhan minum obat. Responden dengan tingkat pendidikan dan pengetahuan lebih tinggi memiliki kecenderungan lebih patuh dalam minum obat antidiabetes. Hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pasien DM tipe-2 usia dewasa di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo adalah pengetahuan tentang DM (p = 0,010). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that requires long-term therapy so that treatment success depends on patient compliance. Poor adherence to medication therapy will result in uncontrolled blood sugar. This study aims to determine the level of adherence and factors affecting medication adherence in adult patients with DM type-2 in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The method of this study was analytical descriptive with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were adult patients with type-2 DM in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Instruments of data collection using questionnaire. Analysis of the data used for bivariate analysis using chi-square test to determine the relationship between each factor with adherence. Multivariate analysis using logistic regression was conducted to determine factors Doubled which most affect compliance. The results showed that 15 respondents were very obedient (17.6 %), 38 respondents were adherent (44.7 %), and 32 respondents (37.6 %) not-adherent at taking medication. The results of chi square statistical analysis, the factor known that have influence with medication adherence were education (p = 0,007) and knowledge (p < 0.001). Respondents with higher education and knowledge have a tendency to be more obedient in taking anti diabetic medication. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the most influential factor on medication adherence in adult patients with type-2 DM in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is knowledge of DM (p = 0.010). |
