Indonesia) | PENGARUH HIPNOTERAPI TERHADAP PENURUNAN KECEMASAN ANGGOTA KELUARGA PASIEN DI RUANG INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU) RS EMANUEL KLAMPOK Mega Rizki Wijayanti1 Iwan Purnawan2 Sobihin3 1Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan, Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman 2Departemen Keperawatan Gawat Darurat, Jurusan Keperawatan, Fakultas Kedokteran dan Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman 3Perawat Puskesmas Jatilawang ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Intensive care unit (ICU) merupakan salah satu pelayanan di rumah sakit dengan kategori pelayanan kritis. Prosedur yang rumit dan kadang memaksa, banyaknya alat-alat terpasang di tubuh pasien baik infasive maupun non infasive, serta ancaman keamanan anggota keluarga sering menjadi pemicu kecemasan. Kecemasan di dalam keluarga dapat mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan pasien. Oleh karena itu perlu ditangani segera dengan menggunakan teknik terapi non farmakologi hipnoterapi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hipnoterapi terhadap penurunan kecemasan anggota keluarga pasien di ruang ICU. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 responden. Responden penelitian mengisi lembar pre test kemudian responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dilakukan hipnoterapi satu kali selama 20 menit kemudian responden mengisi lembar post test. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik T-test. Hasil: Nilai rata-rata (mean) pengaruh hipnoterapi terhadap kecemasan anggota keluarga yang menunggu pasien di ruang ICU sebesar 15,273±5,608, t hitung 15,643 dan p value 0,000 (p < α = 0,05). Dengan demikian Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh hipnoterapi terhadap penurunan kecemasan anggota keluarga pasien di ruang intensive care unit (ICU). Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pemberian hipnoterapi terhadap penurunan kecemasan anggota keluarga pasien di ruang intensive care unit (ICU). Kata kunci: hipnoterapi, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), kecemasan |

The complicated procedure and sometimes its force, many equipments plugged in the patient's body either infasive or non infasive, also safety threat of family members often became trigger anxiety. Anxiety in the family can affect the healing process of the patient. Therefore, it needs to be handled immediately by using non-pharmacological technique, one of them is hypnotherapy. Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on anxiety reduction in family members of patients at ICU. Method: This research used pre-experimental design. Samples were taken by accidental sampling with 33 respondents. The respondent fill out the pre-test, then the respondent who suits of inclusion criteria do hypnotherapy one time for 20 minutes and then the respondent fill in the post sheet. Data was analyzed using T –test. Result: The mean value results of hypnotheraphy effect on anxiety of family members who waiting in the ICU is 15.273 ± 5.608 , 15.643 t and p value 0.000 ( p < α = 0.05 ) . Thus Ho was rejected . The results showed that there was effect of hypnotherapy on anxiety reduction in family members of patients at intensive care unit ( ICU ).
