| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Kompleksnya perawatan pasien di ICU akan berdampak pada keluarga pasien. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering muncul pada keluarga pasien yaitu kecemasan. Untuk itu pelayanan keperawatan perlu memberikan perhatian untuk memberi dukungan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan keluarga yang di rawat di ICU. Dengan demikian, fokus penanganan di ICU tidak hanya pada pasien tetapi juga harus memperhatikan pemenuhan kebutuhan keluarga. Tujan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kebutuhan keluarga pasien Intensive Care Unit (ICU) di RSUD Banyumas. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sedangkan cara pemilihan partisipan dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil : Hasil dari penelitian ini gambaran kebutuhan keluarga pasien ICU terdiri dari kebutuhan informasi, kebutuhan penambahan jam kunjung keluarga, kebutuhan dukungan, kebutuhan rasa nyaman, kebutuhan dekat dengan pasien. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan penelitian dan uraian pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini memunculkan 5 kebutuhan kelurga pasien ICU. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : Complexity of patient care in the ICU will have an impact on the patient's family. One of the problems that often arise in families of patients is anxiety. For that kind of reason, nursing services need to pay more attention providing and giving them support needs fulfillment of families who taking care for in the ICU. Therefrom, the focus of treatment in the ICU not only for the patient, but nursing services also should considering about patient’s family needs fulfillment. Objective : The objective of this study was described the needs of families of patients Intensive Care Unit ( ICU ) in RSUD Banyumas. Methods : This study was using descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. While the way participants were selected by purposive sampling method. Results : The results of this research description ICU patients family needs consists of demand the need for information, needs the addition of hours family visit, the need of support, needs a sense of comfortable, the needs of proximity with patient. Conclusion : Based on the research and description of the discussion this can be concluded that the results of this study led to 5 needs families patient ICU.
