| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Work Family Conflict Terhadap Stres Kerja : Peran Moderasi Dukungan Kerja Sosial Dan Kepuasan Komunikasi ( Survei pada Karyawan PT Jasa Raharja ( persero ) cabang Yogyakarta) Dengan menggunakan convenience sampling sebagai tekhnik sampling , penelitian ini menggunakan 33 responden sebagai sampel . Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi moderasi sebagai metode analisiS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik keluarga Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja . Dukungan sosial Kerja memoderasi pengaruh konflik keluarga - kerja pada stres kerja dan kepuasan Komunikasi memoderasi efek konflik keluarga - kerja pada stress kerja. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi moderasi kesimpulannya adalah : ( 1 ) Semakin tinggi tingkat konflik keluarga pekerjaan , maka semakin tinggi tingkat stres kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dalam pekerjaan mereka . ( 2 ) Semakin tinggi tingkat dukungan sosial kerja akan dapat melemahkan pengaruh konflik pekerjaan - keluarga di tingkat yang lebih tinggi dari stres kerja . ( 3 ) Semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan komunikasi akan dapat melemahkan pengaruh konflik keluarga bekerja pada tingkat yang lebih tinggi dari stres kerja . |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to examine Effects of Work Family Conflict Toward Work Stress: The Moderating Role of Work Social Support And Communication Satisfaction (Survey on Employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (persero) branch Yogyakarta). By using convenience sampling, this research used 33 respondents as the sample. This study used simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis as the method. The result of this research showed that Work family conflict has positive effect toward Work stress. Work social support moderates the effect of work-family conflict on work stress and Communication satisfaction moderates the effect of work-family conflict on work stress.Based on the result of research and data analysis using simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis the conclusion is: (1) The higher level of work family conflict, then the higher level of work stress felt by employee in their work. (2) The higher level of work social support will be able to weakens the effect of work-family conflict on the higher level of work stress. (3) The higher level of communication satisfaction will be able to weakens the effect of work family conflict on the higher level of work stress. |
