| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Brand Trust, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value Melalui Customer Satisfaction Terhadap Brand Loyalty pada Smartphone Samsung Galaxy”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Brand Trust, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value Melalui Customer Satisfaction terhadap Brand Loyalty pada Smartphone Samsung Galaxy. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa S1 Reguler Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto yang menggunakan Smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series. Jumlah calon responden sebanyak 144 responden, tetapi kuesioner yang kembali hanya 130. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand Trust, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value melalui Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand loyalty pada Smartphone Samsung Galaxy. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengganti produk yang diteliti dan menggunakan populasi yang lebih luas jangkauannya. Serta dapat menambah atau mengganti variabel yang digunakan untuk dapat mengetahui lebih luas variabel apa saja yang mempengaruhi Brand Loyalty.

Inggris) | This researched tittle is "Analysis Effect of Brand Trust, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value trough Customer Satisfaction to Brand Loyalty of Samsung Galaxy Smartphone.” The purpose of this research was determine whether the influence of Brand Trust, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction to Brand Loyalty of Samsung Galaxy Smartphone. Subject of this reseach were the Regular college students of Economics Faculty at Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, which using of Samsung Galaxy Smartphone. The number of prospective repondents is 144 respondents, but only 130 respondents quisioners were returned. Research data were analysed by using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The result of this research was indicate that Brand Trust, Perceived Quality, Perceived Value trough Customer Satisfaction, has positive influences to Brand Loyalty of Samsung Galaxy Smartphone. For the furthermore of this research was recommend to replace the product of under research and use the wider population range. And can add or change the variable used to be able to know what are the broader variables affecting to Brand Loyalty.
