| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penataan pedagang kaki lima (PKL) di Jalan Jenderal Soedirman di Kabupaten Banyumas masih menggunakan perspektif government. Pemerintah masih menjadi pihak yang mendominasi baik dalam pembuatan kebijakan maupun dalam penentuan konsep penataan PKL itu sendiri. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tidak adanya keterlibatan sektor privat dan masyarakat dalam proses pembuatan kebijakan penataan PKL, di mana kedua aktor tersebut merupakan salah satu pilar utama dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah berdasarkan pada perspektif governace. Penataan PKL di Jalan Jenderal Soedirman Kabupaten Banyumas berdasarkan penerapan perspektif governance dapat diupayakan melalui penataan PKL berbasis komunitas. Konsep penataan yang akan dilakukan terhadap para PKL merupakan konsep-konsep yang disusun dan dirancang oleh komunitas PKL di masing-masing lokasi penempatan PKL. Konsep tersebut disinkronkan dengan konsep pemerintah sehingga didalamnya pemerintah hanya berperan sebagai pemberi acuan terhadap konsep-konsep yang telah dirancang oleh para PKL tersebut. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Five foot Seller (PKL) Arrangement in Jenderal Soedirman street was made by government perspective. Government has been the actor who dominated of policy formulation and the concept of PKL arrangement. It can be proven by no participation from private sector and the society in PKL arrangement, while the two of them are the principal pillar in government imlpementation of perspective governance. Based of governance perspective to arrangement the five foot seller (PKL) in Jenderal Soedirman Street Banyumas regency can used the community based on arrangement. The concepts was made by PKL community there is in every PKL location. Than the copcepts will syncronized with the copcept of the government. So, there is mean that government rules in PKL arrangement is only for gives the reference to the copcept who was made by PKL community.
