| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekuitas merek, brand attachment dan kesan kualitas terhadap niat pembelian ulang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna sepeda motor Honda di Purwokerto. Sampel yang digunakan pada studi ini yaitu 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan ekuitas merek memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand attachment dan ekuitas merek juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesan kualitas. Ekuitas merek, brand attachment dan kesan kualitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat pembelian ulang. Selanjutnya, brand attachment tidak memediasi hubungan antara ekuitas merek dan niat pembelian ulang. Tetapi kesan kualitas dapat memberikan efek mediasi hubungan antara ekuitas merek dengan kesan kualitas. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of brand equity, brand attachment and perception of quality to repurchase intention. The population in this research are Honda motorcycle users in Purwokerto. The sample in this study there were 100 respondents. Data are analyze using path analysis. The result of this research indicated brand equity has positive influance on brand attachment and brand equity also has positive influance on perception of quality. Brand equity, brand attachment and perception of quality has positive influence to repurchase intention. Then, brand attachment didn’t mediation effect the relationship between brand equity with repurchase intention. But the perception of quality is able to provide mediation effect the relationship between brand equity with repurchase intention. |
