| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “ Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Gula Kelapa Di Desa Mangunweni Kecamatan Ayah”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi yang meliputi modal, tenaga kerja, bahan baku terhadap produksi gula kelapa dan untuk mengetahui faktor produksi yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap hasil produksi gula kelapa serta untuk mengetahui apakah produksi gula kelapa sudah memenuhi Standar Hidup Layak (KHL). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis data primer. Data diperoleh langsung dari responden yaitu para pengrajin gula kelapa melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan model fungsi Cobb Douglas. Dari hasil penelitian di dapat persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut: Ln Y = -10,49 + 0,76 Ln X1 + 0,79 Ln X2 + 0,42 Ln X3 + e Konstanta = -10,49 Koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,80 Fhitung = 74,80 Ftabel = 2,77 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara signifikan produksi gula kelapa dipengaruhi oleh faktor produksi modal, tenaga kerja, bahan baku. (2) Bahan baku merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap hasil produksi gula kelapa. (3) Pendapatan pengrajin gula kelapa belum dapat memenuhi Standar Hidup Layak (KHL). Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil produksi gula kelapa Penambahan bahan baku atau jumlah pohon kelapa yang diusahakan menjadi perhatian yang serius untuk meningkatkan produksi gula kelapa. Dan implikasi terakir adalah para pengrajin gula kelapa harus menekan jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan meningkatkan pendapatannya untuk memenuhi (KHL). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this research is “Factors That Influence the of Coconut Sugar in Mangunweni Village, District of Ayah”. The research was aimed to examine the effect of the use of production factors, which include capital, labor, and raw materials on the production of coconut sugar. Besides, the research was also aimed to examine the production factors that have the most significant effect on the result of coconut sugar production and to examine whether the production of coconut sugar has or has not met the Minimum Standard of Living (KHL). The research was conducted by using primary data analysis method, and data was directly colleted from the coconut sugar makers as the research respondents through distributed questionnaires. The researcher used multi-linear regression with Cobb Douglas’ function as the method of analysis. From the result of research, the researcher obtained these multi-linear regression equations, which as follows: Ln Y = -10.49 + 0.76 Ln X1 + 0.79 Ln X2 + 0.42 Ln X3 + e Constant = -10.49 Coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.80 F value = 74.80 F table = 2.77 The result of research showed that (1) the production of coconut sugar was significantly affected by the production factors, which include capital, labor, and raw materials. (2) Raw material was the most affecting variable on the result of coconut sugar production. (3) The income of coconut sugar makers or industrial actors had not yet met the Minimum Standard of Living (KHL). The implications of research in increasing the production of coconut sugar included the efforts to increase the amount of raw materials or coconut trees, which must be concerned in order to increase the production of coconut sugar. Finally, the coconut sugar makers were suggested to minimize the dependents and increasing their income to meet the minimum standard of living (KHL). |
