| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Fisik, Dukungan Sosial, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Outsourcing di Departemen Bag Plant PT.Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 73 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Hipotesis diuji dengan uji t dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan fisik mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja, dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. |

Inggris) | The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of Physical Environment, Social Support, and Job Stress toward performance of Outsourcing in Bag Plant Department PT.Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Cilacap. The population in this research were Outsourcing of Bag Plant Department. This research use sarurated sample choosen 73 respondents. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis and classic test assumption. The hypothesis testing use t test statistic with a level of 5%. The result shows that physical environment has significant positive influence to performance, social support has positive influence to performance, and job stress has not influence to performance. |
