| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Dampak Program Simpan Pinjam untuk Kelompok Perempuan (SPP) PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan terhadap Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Rumah Tangga Miskin di Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis dampak program SPP PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga miskin di Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas, serta menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga miskin di Kecamatan Cilongok setelah mengikuti program SPP PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan menurut indikator Kebutuhan Hidup Layak (KHL) Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2013. Dalam penelitian ini sifat data yang digunakan adalah data deskriptif yang diolah secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik statistik parametik uji-t yaitu pengujian beda dua rata-rata pengamatan berpasangan (Paired Sample t-test), serta dengan menggunakan rumus kesejahteraan versi KHL Banyumas, yaitu membandingkan pendapatan per kapita/bulan masing-masing responden dengan indikator KHL Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2013. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji statistik parametik uji-t, diperoleh nilai t hitung= 4,10 dan nilai t tabel = 1,99. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel, sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi perubahan atau peningkatan pendapatan pada rumah tangga miskin penerima manfaat SPP di Kecamatan Cilongok setelah mengikuti program SPP PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan rumus kesejahteraan versi KHL Banyumas, diketahui bahwa dari seluruh responden dalam penelitian ini, persentase responden yang sudah sejahtera menurut indikator KHL Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2013 sebelum mengikuti program SPP adalah sebesar 64,62 persen, sedangkan responden yang tidak sejahtera sebesar 35,38 persen dari total responden. Sementara itu persentase responden yang sudah sejahtera menurut indikator KHL Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2013 setelah mengikuti program SPP adalah sebesar 76,92 persen, sedangkan responden yang tidak sejahtera 23,08 persen dari total responden. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa program SPP memiliki manfaat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan rumah tangga miskin penerima manfaat SPP di Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas sebesar 19,05 persen. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study is a descriptive study using survey method. This study is entitled: "The impact of the Rural Simpan Pinjam untuk Kelompok Perempuan (SPP) PNPM Mandiri Program to Welfare Improvement of Poor Households in Cilongok District of Banyumas Regency". The purpose of this study are to analyze the impact of the Rural SPP PNPM Mandiri program toward the increasing of poor households’s income in the Cilongok District of Banyumas Regency, and to analyze the level of poor households’s welfare in the Cilongok District after getting the rural SPP PNPM Mandiri program according to indicators of Kebutuhan Hidup Layak ( KHL ) of Banyumas in 2013. In this study, the data used is descriptive data that are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The analysis technique used are the statistical technique parametric t-test that tests the difference of two paired observations average (paired sample t - test), and using the welfare formula of Banyumas KHL, which compares income per capita/month of each respondent with Banyumas KHL indicator in 2013. Based on the analysis of statistical tests of parametric t-test, it is obtained t value = 4,10 and t table value = 1,99. These results indicate that the value of t value > t table, so the result of the study shows that there is a change or increasing of the poor households’s income in the Cilongok District after completing the Rural SPP PNPM Mandiri program. Then based on the results of the analysis of the welfare calculation formula using Banyumas KHL, it is discovered that the total respondents in this study, the percentage of respondents who are already prosperous according to Banyumas KHL indicators in 2013 before participating the SPP program about 64,62 percent, while those who are not prosperous about 35,38 percent of the total respondents. Meanwhile, the percentage of respondents who are already prosperous according to Banyumas KHL indicators in 2013 after participating in SPP program about 76,92 percent, while respondents who are not prosperous about 23,08 percent of the total respondents, so it can be concluded that the SPP program affects on the benefeciaries poor households’s welfare improvement in the Cilongok District of Banyumas Regency about 19,05 percent. |
