| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “STUDI KELAYAKAN INDUSTRI RUMAH TANGGA KAIN TENUN DI DESA TAJUG KECAMATAN KARANGMONCOL KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha kain tenun di Desa Tajug berdasarkan aspek finansial serta menganalisis sensitivitas dari kelayakan usaha tersebut berkenaan nilai NPV yang dihasilkan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan alat analisis Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Revenue and Cost Ratio, Payback Period dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Dari hasil analisis finansial, usaha kain tenun layak untuk dilanjutkan dengan pengujian yang dilakukan NPV bernilai positif, sementara untuk IRR berada di atas tingkat diskonto. Nilai R/C Ratio yang diperoleh lebih dari satu menunjukkan bahwa usaha kain tenun mendapatkan keuntungan. Sedangkan pengujian Payback Period menunjukkan waktu pengembalian yang tidak lebih dari tiga tahun.Usaha kain tenun tidak sensitif terhadap kenaikkan harga bahan baku sebesar 25 persen dan 50 persen. Sedangkan kenaikan harga bahan baku sebesar 5 persen hingga 15 persen tidak sensitif bagi responden. Hasil yang berbeda ditemukan untuk penurunan harga jual. Semua responden cukup sensitif terhadap penurunan harga sebesar 5 persen hingga 50 persen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah diperlukan peningkatkan pendapatan, misalnya dengan melakukan diversifikasi produk atau memperluas daerah pemasaran karena nilaiNPV kecil, begitu pula dengan penurunan harga jual. Dalam hal kenaikan harga bahan baku, diperlukan penyesuaian dalam harga jual. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The study is tittled "FEASIBILITY STUDY OF WEAVING HOME INDUSTRY IN TAJUG VILLAGE, KARANGMONCOL, PURBALINGGA". The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of weaving home industry in Tajug village based on financial aspect and to analyze the sensitivity of the financial estimate. The analysis tools include net present value, internal rate of return, revenue and cost ratio, payback period and sensitivity analysis. From the results of the financial analysis, weaving home industry is feasible due to positive NPV, and the fact that IRR is above the discount rate. The value of R/C ratio is more than one indicating that the business is profitable. Payback period is not more than three years. Based on the sensitivity analysis, weaving home industry is not sensitive to the increase in raw material prices by 5 percent to 15 percent. An increase in raw materials’ price by 25 percent and 50 percent is sensitive for most respondents.Different results are found for the decrease in selling price. Most respondents are sensitive for price decrease by 5 percent, 10 percent, 15 percent, 25 percent anf 50 percent. The implication of this study is the need to increase income, for example by diversifying the product or extending marketing area due to small value of NPV and in the event of the decrease in selling price. In case that raw material price increases, selling price should be adjusted. |
