| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH UMUR PINDAH TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL PADI (Oryza sativa L.) PADA BUDIDAYA AEROB DAN ANAEROB |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mempelajari penampilan karakter agronomik dan hasil padi (Oryza sativa L) pada empat umur pindah tanam, mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan budidaya aerob dan anaerob terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi (Oryza sativa L) dan mengkaji pengaruh interaksi umur pindah tanam dan budidaya aerob dan anaerob terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi (Oryza sativa L). Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house dan Laboratorium Agronomi, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto, pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2013. Faktor pertama yang dicoba yaitu perbedaan umur pindah tanam yang terdiri dari 4 umur pindah yaitu: 12 hari setelah semai (S1), 17 hari setelah semai (S2), 22 hari setelah semai (S3), dan 27 hari setelah semai (S4). Faktor kedua merupakan sistem budidaya, yaitu: budidaya aerob (A), dan budidaya anaerob (An). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan umur pindah tanam belum mampu mempengaruhi hasil padi, namun dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah anakan produktif. Tinggi tanaman yang tertinggi dicapai oleh pindah tanam umur 27 HSS, sedangkan jumlah anakan produkif terbanyak dicapai pada pindah tanam umur 17 HSS. Kondisi budidaya aerob dan anaerob memberikan perbedaan terhadap hasil padi dan juga dapat mempengaruhi jumlah anakan total dan jumlah anakan produktif. Hasil padi pada budidaya anaerob lebih tinggi dibanding pada budidaya aerob. Respon pada tanaman menimbulkan pola yang sama, sehingga umur pindah tanam dan kondisi budidaya tidak mempengaruhi hasil padi. |

Inggris) | Research aimed to determine the agronomic characters and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L) four different transplanting times, observe the effect of transplanting times and aerobic and anaerobic cultivation environments towards the growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L) and observe the interaction effect of transplanting time and aerobic and anaerobic cultivation environments towards growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L). Research was conducted at the screen house and Laboratory of Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture Jenderal Soedirman University, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto, from Mei to August 2013. The first factor is transplanting time, consists of 4 time of transplanting, they are: 12 days after seedling (S1), 17 days after seedling (S2), 22 days after seedling (S3), 27 days after seedling (S4). The second factor is the cultivation system, they are: aerobic cultivation (A), and anaerobic cultivation (An). The design of experiments that used is complete randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications. The results showed that the difference time of transplanting have not been able to influence on yield, but able to influence on plant height and number of productive tillers. Plant height at transplanting time highest at the transplanting time of 27 DAS, while the number of the most productive tillers at the transplanting time 17 DAS. Aerobic and anaerobic cultivation have been able to differences yield of rice and can also affect the total number of tillers and number of productive tillers. The yield of rice in the anaerobic cultivation higher than the aerobic cultivation. Response in plants raises is same pattern, so that transplanting time and condition cultivation not influence on yield. |
