| Judul Artikel | APLIKASI AGENS HAYATI PADA PERTANAMAN PADI UNTUK MENEKAN INTENSITAS PENYAKIT DAN MENINGKATKAN HASIL TANAMAN PADI |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui jenis penyakit yang ada pada tanaman padi, 2) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi agens hayati terhadap intensitas penyakit tanaman padi, 3) mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi agens hayati terhadap hasil padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan petani Desa Tinggarjaya Kecamatan Jatilawang Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan April-Juli 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Rincian perlakuan P1= Aplikasi PGPR + Corynebacterium, P2= Aplikasi PGPR + Bio P60, P3= Aplikasi PGPR + Corynebacterium + Bio P60 (aplikasi Corynebacterium dan Bio P60 secara bergantian) dan P4= Cara Petani (tanpa agens hayati). Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah daun, bobot gabah kering, jumlah butir dan intensitas penyakit. Jenis penyakit yang ada pada pertanaman padi adalah penyakit bercak coklat, bercak coklat sempit, hawar daun bakteri, dan blas. Secara umum aplikasi agens hayati (PGPR, Bio P60, Corynebacterium) mampu menekan kejadian penyakit. Aplikasi agens hayati Bio P60 dapat menurunkan penyakit bercak coklat, bercak coklat sempit, dan blas. Aplikasi Corynebacterium dapat menurunkan penyakit hawar daun bakteri, bercak coklat sempit, dan blas. Aplikasi agens hayati dapat meningkatkan hasil tanaman padi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The goals of this research were to: 1) determine kinds of disease that attack rice crops, 2) determine the effect of application of biological agents on the rice crops in disease intensity, 3) determine the effect of application of biological agents on rice yields. The research was conducted in farmer’s fields at Tinggarjaya Jatilawang Banyumas on April to July 2013. This research was conducted by using Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment consisted of P1 = application PGPR +Corynebacterium, P2= application PGPR +Bio P60, P3 = application PGPR+Corynebacterium+ Bio P60 (application of Corynebacterium and Bio P60 arternately), and P4 = farmer’s method (without biological agens). The observed variables were plant height, number of productive tillers, number of leaves, weight of grains, number of grains, and disease intensity. There were some plant diseases that attack rice crop such as brown spot, narrow brown spot, blast and bacterial leaf blight. Generaly, the application of biological agents (PGPR, Bio P60, Corynebacterium) were able to reduce the incidence of disease. Application of biological agents Bio P60 might also reduce disease brown spot, narrow brown spot, blast. Applications Corynebacterium reduced disease bacterial leaf blight, narrow brown spot, blast. They could increase the yield of rice crops. |
