| Judul Artikel | PEMANFAATAN AGENS HAYATI PADA TANAMAN PADI DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP SERANGAN SERANGGA HAMA DAN HASIL PANEN |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui jenis serangga hama yang menyerang pertanaman padi dan pola penyebarannya,(2) Mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi beberapa agens hayati (mikroba antagonis) terhadap tingkat serangan hama,(3) Mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi agens hayati (mikroba antagonis) tersebut terhadap hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Tinggarjaya, Kecamatan Jatilawang, Kabupaten Banyumas, selama 4 bulan (bulan April sampai Juli 2013). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari aplikasi Plant growth promoting rhizobacter (PGPR), Corynebacterium sp (Coryne) dan Pseudomonas fluorescens (Bio P60). Jenis perlakuan tersebut adalah: (A) PGPR + Coryne, (B) PGPR + Bio P60, (C) PGPR + Coryne + Bio P60 (aplikasi Coryne dan Bio P60 dilakukan secara bergantian), (D) Cara petani (tanpa agens hayati). Variabel yang diamati adalah jenis hama berdasarkan fenologi tanaman, pola penyebaran serangga hama, tingkat kerusakan, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah daun, bobot gabah kering, jumlah bulir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan serangga hama yang menyerang tanaman padi adalah ulat daun, belalang, hama putih palsu, penggerek batang, walang sangit dan wereng coklat. Serangga hama itu menyebar menurut waktu sesuai dengan kebutuhan makanannya (fenologi tanaman). Wereng coklat menyebar secara reguler cenderung mengelompok. Aplikasi agens hayati terhadap pertanaman padi tidak menurunkan tingkat kerusakan tanaman padi terhadap serangga hama secara nyata. Tingkat kerusakan akibat serangan hama masih dapat ditoleransi oleh tanaman. Aplikasi agens hayati terhadap pertanaman padi tidak meningkatkan hasil tanaman secara nyata. Hasil yang diperoleh sedang yaitu 5,15 ton/ha |

Inggris) | The aims of the study were to: (1) know of insect pests that attack rice crops and their distribution patterns, (2) know of the influence of applications several biological agents (microbial antagonist) on the level of insect attack, (3) to evaluate the influence of application of biological agents (microbial antagonist) is the yields. This research was conducted at Village of Tingarjaya, Jatilawang, Banyumas, during 5 months (March to July 2013). Experimental design used was random completely block design (RCBD), 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments consisted of application of Plant growth promoting rhizobacter (PGPR), Corynebacterium sp (Coryne) and or Pseudomonas fluorescens (Bio P60). The treatments was (A) PGPR + Coryne, (B) PGPR + Bio P60, (C) PGPR + Coryne + Bio P60 (application of Coryne and Bio P60 was conducted alternately), (D) The farmer’s way (without biological agents). Observed variables were kind of insect pests based on plant phenology, the pattern of insect distribution, the level of damage, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, number of leaves, weight of grains, and number of grains. The result showed there were some insect pests that attack the rice crops such as grasshoppers, leaf caterpillars, leaf folder, steam borers, rice bugs, and brown planthoppers. Insect pests that distributed according to time as well as the needs of food (crop phenology). Brown planthoppers distributed regularly tend to aggregate. Applications of biological agents, did not decrease crop damage significantly. Applications of biological agents did not cause increase the yields significantly. The yields was moderate, 5.15 ton / ha. |
