| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH PENGURANGAN KONSENTRASI PUPUK AB MIX DAN PEMBERIAN URIN SAPI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN BAYAM MERAH (Alternanthera amoena Voss.) SECARA HIDROPONIK |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh pengurangan konsentrasi pupuk AB Mix dan konsentrasi urin sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah secara hidroponik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto dengan ketinggian 110 meter di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Nopember sampai dengan Desember 2013, menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) faktorial dengan 9 kombinasi perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang dicoba adalah urin sapi terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu tanpa pemberian, 25ml/l dan 50ml/l, sedangkan penguranan konsentrasi pupuk AB Mix yaitu 6ml/l, 4ml/l dan 2ml/l. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), luas daun (cm2), volume akar (ml), bobot segar tanaman (g), bobot segar akar (g) dan bobot kering tanaman (g) dan bobot kering akar (g). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis ragam. Apabila keragaman antar perlakuan nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan DMRT dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian urin sapi sampai konsentrasi 50ml/l belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah. Pengurangan konsentrasi pupuk AB Mix sampai 2ml/l menurunkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, volume akar, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman dan bobot kering akar tanaman bayam merah. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara pemberian urin sapi dengan pengurangan konsentrasi pupuk AB Mix pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah. |

Inggris) | This research aims are to find out: Effect of concentration reduction in AB Mix fertilizers and cow’s urine concentration for the growth and yield of red spinach by hydroponic. The research had been conducted in the screen house of Faculty of Agricultures, University of Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto at 110 meters above sea level, since November up to December 2013, by using randomized complete block design (RCBD) used 9 combination treatments and replay as much as 3 times.factors. Factors tried were the cow’s urine concentration consistsed of three levels, without gift (S0), 25 ml/l (S1) and 50 ml/l (S2), while concentration reduction of AB Mix fertilizers given by 6ml/l (P1), 4ml/l (P2) and 2ml/l (P3). The variables measured were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm2), root volume(ml), plant fresh weight (g),root fresh weight (g), plant dry weight (g) and root dry weight (g). Data obtained are analyzed by analysis of variance to determine the effect of treatment on the diversity of observed variables. If the variance among treatments is significant, then followed by DMRT at 5 % error rate. The result showed giving of cow’s urine to 50ml/l wasn’t able increase the growth and yield of red spinach. Concentration reduction of AB Mix fertilizers to 2ml/l reduce plant heigh, number of leaves, leaf area, root volume, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight and root dry weight of red spinach. There is no interaction between the treatment of cow’s urine concentration and concentration reduction of AB Mix fertilizers to the growth and yield of red spinach. |
