| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui isolat bakteri P.fluorescens yang efektif untuk mengendalikan hama H. armigera, 2)Mengetahui potensi isolat bakteriP. fluorescens terhadap antipeletakan telur dan anti penetasan telur H. armigeradan 3) Mendapatkan instar larva H. armigera yang rentan terhadap perlakuan bakteri P. fluorescens. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian terdiri dari tiga percobaan. Percobaan pertama uji patogenitas bakteri, tahap kedua uji anti peletakan telur dan tahap ketiga uji anti penetasan telur. Rancangan percobaan untuk uji patogenitas bakteri dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial, faktor pertama terdiri dari lima taraf (bakteri Pseudomonas P8, Pseudomonas P16, Pseudomonas P60, Profenofos dan kontrol) dan faktor kedua larva H. armigera instar 3 dan instar 4. Percobaan diulang 3 kali. Rancangan percobaan untuk uji anti peletakan telur dan anti penetasan telur dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan Pseudomonas P8, Pseudomonas P16, Pseudomonas P60, Profenofos dan Kontrol. Percobaan diulang 5 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isolat bakteri Pseudomonas P8, Pseudomonas P16 dan Pseudomonas P60 mampu menimbulkan mortalitas pada larva sebesar 28,3%, 26,7% dan 36,7%. Isolat Pseudomonas P60 mampu mengurangi tingkat konsumsi pakan larva sebesar 13,89%. Isolat Pseudomonas P8 dan Pseudomonas P60 mampu mengurangi umur larva sebesar 21,26% dan 19,93%. Dan Isolat bakteri Pseudomonas P8, Pseudomonas P16 dan Pseudomonas P60 tidak dapat menekan peletakan telur akan tetapi mampu mengurangi penetasan telur sebesar 30%, 48% dan 40%. |

Inggris) | This study aims to : 1) Determine the P. fluorescens isolates were effective for controlling pests H. armigera , 2) Knowing the potential of P. fluorescens isolates against preventive laying eggs and preventive hatching eggs of H. armigera and 3) Getting instar larvae of H. armigera were susceptible to P. fluorescens bacteria treatment . This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Protection , Faculty of Agriculture , University Jenderal Soedirman . The study consisted of three experiments . The first trial of bacterial pathogenicity test , the second phase of testing preventive laying eggs and third- stage trials of preventive hatching eggs . Experimental design to test the pathogenicity of bacteria with randomized block design (RBD) factorial , the first factor consists of five level ( PseudomonasP8, Pseudomonas P16 , Pseudomonas P60 , Profenofos insecticide and control ) and second factor H. armigera larvae instar 3 and 4 . The experiment was repeated 3 times . Experimental design to test the preventive laying eggs and preventive hatching eggs with randomized block design (RBD) with treatment of Pseudomonas P8 , Pseudomonas P16 , Pseudomonas P60 , Profenofos insecticide and Control . The experiment was repeated 5 times . The results showed that the isolates of Pseudomonas P8 , Pseudomonas 16 and Pseudomonas P60 were able to cause larval mortality at 28.3% , 26.7% and 36.7%. Pseudomonas P60 isolates were able to reduce the level of larvae feed intake of 13,89 % Pseudomonas isolates of Pseudomonas P8 and P60 were able to reduce the age of the larvae by 21,26% and 19,93% .Isolates of Pseudomonas P8 , P16 and Pseudomonas P60 can not suppress egg laying but can reduce egg hatching by 30 % , 48 % and 40 % |
