| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sebagai salah satu perusahaan ekstraktif yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1972 dan memiliki dampak yang tidak sedikit bagi lingkungannya, PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero) menyadari akan pentingnya penerapan program CSR dalam kinerja dan eksistensi perusahaan di lingkungannya. PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero) sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara haruslah melaksanakan kegiatannya dengan profesional dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang terjadi saat ini. Namun dalam melaksanakan kegiatan usahanya, PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero) haruslah memperhatikan aspek sosial dan lingkungan. Sebagaimana yang diamanatkan pada Pasal 88 UU No. 19 Tahun 2003 tentang BUMN bahwa BUMN dapat menyisihkan sebagian laba bersihnya untuk keperluan pembinaan usaha kecil/koperasi serta pembinaan masyarakat sekitar BUMN dan Pasal 74 UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas mengenai tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. Dengan lahirnya UU No. 19 Tahun 2003 tentang BUMN dan UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas, maka lahirlah Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor PER-08/MBU/2013 tentang perubahan keempat atas Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor PER-05/MBU/2007 tentang program kemitraan BUMN dengan usaha kecil dan program bina lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui penerapan Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor PER-08/MBU/2013 sebagai salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dari BUMN di PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero) telah menerapkan program bina lingkungan sebagai wujud tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor PER-08/MBU/2013. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | As one of the extractive companies that have been established since 1972 and hasn’t a slightly impact to the environment, PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero) realize that the importance of implementing CSR programs in performance and the company's existence in the environment. PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero) as a State Enterprises should carry out their activities with professionals and keep abreast of the current era. But in conducting business, PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero) must give attention to social and environmental aspects. As stipulated in Article 88 of Law No. 19 Year 2003 on BUMN can set aside part of its net income for the purposes of fostering small businesses/cooperatives and community development around the State and as stipulated in Article 74 of Law No. 40 Year 2007 on Limited Company about the social and environmental responsibility. With the birth of the Law No. 19 Year 2003 and Law No. 40 Year 2007 on State, born Minister of BUMN No. PER-08/MBU/2013 about the fourth amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007 on Partnership Program with The State Owned Small Business and Community Development Program. This research was conducted with the purpose of knowing the application of the Minister of BUMN No. PER-08/MBU/2013 as a form of Corporate Social Responsibility of state-owned PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero). The results showed that PT. Petrokimia Gresik (Persero) has been implementing community development programs as a form of Corporate Social Responsibility in accordance with the terms of Minister of State Enterprises.Regulation No. PER-08/MBU/2013.
