| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim, 2) pengaruh jarak tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim, 3) pengaruh kombinasi antara konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dan jarak tanam yang memiliki pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Kabupaten Banyumas Mei 2013 sampai Juli 2013. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang dicoba meliputi: 4 taraf konsentrasi pupuk Bio P 2000 Z dan 2 taraf jarak tanam. Variabel yang diamati terdiri dari komponen pertumbuhan pertumbuhan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, panjang akar dan bobot tajuk kering, dan komponen hasil meliputi bobot tajuk segar, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, dan bobot tajuk segar per petak efektif. Hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan analisis ragam (uji F) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) pemberian konsentrasi pupuk Bio P 2000 Z meningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 19,06 cm, jumlah daun sebesar 3,86 helai, panjang akar sebesar 3,81 cm, bobot tanaman segar sebesar 8,65 g, bobot tajuk segar sebesar 12,55 g, bobot tanaman kering besar 11,25 g, bobot tajuk kering sebesar 12,55 g, bobot akar kering sebesar 3,93 g, dan bobot tajuk segar per petak efektif sebesar 3,87 g, 2) jarak tanam meningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 38,43 cm dan bobot tajuk segar per petak efektif sebesar 72,91 g, 3) Kombinasi konsentrasi pupuk Bio P 2000 Z dan jarak tanam tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim. |

Inggris) | The researchaims to find out (1) the effect of concentration fertilizer organic liquid on the growth and yield of green mustard plants (2) the effect plants distance to growth and yield of green mustard plants (3) the combination effect of concentration fertilizer organic liquid and plants distance of influence goods to growth and yield of green mustard plants. The research was conducted in Melung village, Kedungbanteng district, Banyumas regencyon May 2013 to July 2013. Research useRandomized Block Design (RBD) with 3 replications. Factor tested include: 4 levels concentration Bio P 2000 Z fertilizerand 2 levels plants distance. Observed variables consist of the growth components include plant height, leaf number, root fresh weight, root dry weight, root long, and shoot dry weight, and yield components include shoot fresh weight, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight and weight shoot fresh by compartment effective. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance (F test) and continued further with DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) 5%. The results showed that 1) concentration Bio P 2000 Z fertilizer gift increased the plant height19.06 cm, leaf number 3.86 sheet, root long 3.81 cm, plant fresh weight 8.65 g, shoot fresh weight 12.55 g, plant dry weight 11.25 g, shoot dry weight 12.55 g, root dry weight 3.93 g, and shoot fresh weight by compartment effective 3.87 g, (2) plants distance increased the plant height 38.43 cm, and shoot fresh weight by compartment effective 72.91 g, (3) combination concentration fertilizer organic liquid and distance plants didn’t affect the growth and yield of green mustard plants. |
