| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas standar prosedur operasional keperawatan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Nirmala Purbalingga dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang cenderung mempengaruhi efektivitas standar prosedur operasional keperawatan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Nirmala Purbalingga. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, dan untuk mendukung pendekatan tersebut digunakan metode survei lapangan, studi pustaka serta studi dokumenter dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Nirmala Purbalingga dengan populasi sasaran perawat dan pasien yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Nirmala Purbalingga. Pengambilan sampel yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling sebanyak 43 responden. Jenis dan sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari metode angket, dokumenter, dan kepustakaan. Kemudian, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan metode coding, editing dan tabulasi data yang secara keseluruhan disajikan dengan tabel-tabel terutama tabel distribusi frekuensi dan tabel silang frekuensi serta dalam bentuk naratif. Analisis untuk data kuantitatif menggunakan metode statistik sederhana terutama model tabel distribusi frekuensi dan tabel silang frekuensi, sedangkan untuk data kualitatif menggunakan model analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Teknik dalam menganalisis menggunakan metode teoritical interpretation dengan cara mendiskusikan data disatu pihak dan teori atau norma dilain pihak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa pelaksanaan standar prosedur operasional keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Nirmala Purbalingga adalah efektif, namun belum maksimal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan indikator-indikator yakni tingginya tingkat kompetensi perawat, tingginya tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman perawat terhadap standar prosedur operasinal keperawatan, dan baiknya penilaian pasien terhadap pelaksanaan standar prosedur operasional keperawatan. Selain itu, diperoleh pula faktor-fakor yang cenderung memengaruhi efektivitas standar prosedur operasional keperawatan dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Nirmala Purbalingga yaitu faktor personal meliputi faktor kepemimpinan dan faktor kedisiplinan serta faktor sosial meliputi faktor fasilitas dan faktor kerjasama tim. Inggris) | ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness level of nursing standard operating procedures in the public health care at the Nirmala General Hospital of Purbalingga and to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of the standard operating procedures of nursing in the public health care at the Nirmala General Hospital of Purbalingga. The researcher used quantitative research method with socio-juridical approach and used field survey method, literature and documentary studies with descriptive research specification to support the study. This study took place at the Nirmala General Hospital of Purbalingga and the target population is nurses and patients in the Nirmala General Hospital of Purbalingga. Sampling method that use in this study is simple random sampling by 43 respondents. Types and sources of the data include the primary data and secondary data that obtained from the questionnaire method, documentaries, and literature. Then, the collected data was processed using the method of coding, editing and tabulation of data and overall presented with tables and cross tables of frequency distribution and frequency in the narrative form. Simple statistical methods, especially models and frequency distribution tables cross frequency tables was used to analyze the quantitative data, whereas content analysis models and comparative analysis was used to analyze the qualitative data. The technique used to analyze the theoretical interpretation method by discussing the data on the one side and the theory or norm on the other side. Based on the outcomes of research conducted by the researcher, it has been found that the carrying out of the nursing standard operating procedures at the Nirmala General Hospital of Purbalingga is effective, but not maximized. This is shown by the following indicators: the high level of competence of nurses, the high degree of cognition and savvy of the nursing operational standard procedure, and good patient assessment of the implementation of standard operating procedures. In addition, there are factors that tend to affect the effectiveness of the standard operating procedures of nursing in public health care at the Nirmala General Hospital of Purbalingga such as personal factors include the factors of leadership and discipline factors and social factors include facilities factors and teamwork factors.
