| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul ”Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Preferensi Konsumsi Listrik Rumah Tangga di Perumahan Jati Unggul Kelurahan Harapan Jaya, Kota Bekasi”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi masyarakat di Perumahan Jati Unggul dalam memilih alternatif listrik yaitu prabayar dan pascabayar, menganalisis pengaruh variabel pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, tipe rumah dan jenis pekerjaan secara parsial terhadap preferensi konsumsi listrik rumah tangga di Perumahan Jati Unggul. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yang pertama adalah listrik pascabayar lebih diminati oleh masyarakat di Perumahan Jati Unggul. Hipotesis kedua adalah secara parsial variabel pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, tipe rumah dan jenis pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi konsumsi listrik rumah tangga di Perumahan Jati Unggul. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga di Perumahan Jati Unggul yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 78 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif dengan Tabulasi untuk menguji hipotesis pertama dan Analisis Regresi Logistik yang dilanjutkan dengan pengujian parameter menggunakan Wald t Test dan Nagelkerke R Square untuk menguji hipotesis kedua. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tabulasi diperoleh hasil pemahaman tentang gambaran preferensi masyarakat pada konsumsi listrik di Perumahan Jati Unggul Kelurahan Harapan Jaya Kota Bekasi, Responden lebih memilih listrik pasca bayar. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga dan tipe rumah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap konsumsi listrik. Sedangkan variabel pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh secara signfikan terhadap konsumsi listrik, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh implikasi bahwa masyarakat harus bisa berhemat dan disiplin dalam menggunakan listrik agar dapat mengurangi konsumsi listrik. Sehubungan dengan program baru dari PLN yaitu listrik Prabayar, PLN harus melakukan sosilaisasi yang lebih mendalam agar masyarakat memahami tentang program baru tersebut. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study entitled “Analysis Factors Affecting Household Electricity Consumption in Jati Unggul Housing Harapan Jaya, Bekasi City”. This study aimed to analyze which one of Jati Unggul residents prefer use between postpaid or prepaid electricity in the housing, to analyze the effect of the income variable, family size, level of education, type of housing and type of job on household electricity consumption preference. Hypothesis in this study are, Postpaid electricity is more used in Jati Unggul housing. The second hypothesis is the head of the family income, family size, education level, house classification and type of job effect positively and significantly on the amount of household electricity consumption preference in Jati Unggul housing. Population in this research are Jati Unggul residents who determined by convenience sampling. The samples used in this study were 78 respondents. Analysis method used were Descriptive Analysis Tabulation to test the first hypothesis and Logistic Regression Analysis which contains Wald Test and Nagelkerke R Square Test to test the second hypothesis. Based on the tabulation analysis result it is obtained, it finds out some description of residents preferences on electricity consumption, Respondents prefer to use postpaid electricity. Based on the calculation, it can be concluded that in partial, variables of income, family size and house classification have significantly effect to the electricity consumption preference. Based on the research results, it is obtained by the implication that the society should be able to save electricity and discipline in consuming electricity in order to increase the household electricity consumption. Related to the new policy provided by PT. PLN (Persero) that is a prepaid electricity, PT. PLN should socialize about the new program, so that more people understand the advantages and disadvantages of the new tariff. |
