| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) on the financial performance of the countries and cities in Central Java Province either simultaneously or partially. The data used are the countries and cities budget reports and budget realization reports in Central Java Province from 2009-2011, published by Badan Pusat Statistik of Central Java. The method of analysis used is quantitative analysis, with the multiple regression models. The research shows that the Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) has impact on financial performance simultaneously. However, partially, local taxes, local retributions and other local original revenue have a dominant influence on financial performance, while profit of BUMD is not dominant affect on the financial performance of the countries and cities in South Sumatera Province |
