| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Stres kerja, Lingkungan kerja, dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada surat kabar harian umum di banyumas (studi pada surat kabar harian pagi satelit post). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini apakah stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif, sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Uji t diperoleh thitung X1 sebesar -6,827, X2 Sebesar 2,175 dan X3 Sebesar 2,939 α= 0,05 diperoleh t tabel sebesar 1,960. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada surat kabar harian pagi satelit post. Untuk memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan pada surat kabar harian pagi satelit post maka implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan program untuk menangani dan mengelola stres kerja yang di alami oleh karyawan. perusahaan perlu memberikan jaminan kesehatan berupa penyediaan sarana kesahatan, pelayanan kesejahteraan bagi karyawan. dan meningkatkan sarana prasarana komunikasi didalam perusahaan yang mendukung serta meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. |

Inggris) | The research entitled Effect of Job stress , work environment , employee performance and communication to the public daily newspapers in Banyumas (studies on the daily morning newspaper satellite post) . Problems in this study whether work stress has a significant negative effect on the performance of the employee , whether the work environment has a significant positive effect on the performance of the employee , whether the communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance . Type of research is associative , while the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of t-test analysis of -6.827 obtained t X1 , X2 and X3 much as much as 2.175 2.939 α = 0.05 was obtained for 1,960 t table . It can be concluded that the significant negative effect of job stress on employee performance , work environment significant positive effect on employee performance and communication affect the performance of employees in the daily morning newspaper satellite post . To maximize the performance of employees in the daily morning newspaper the implications of satellite post of this study is to provide a program for handling and managing work stress experienced by employees . Companies need to provide health insurance in the form of the provision of health , welfare services for employees . and improve communication within the company's infrastructure that support and improve employee performance. |
