| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pemanfaatan herbal sebagai obat alternatif di Indonesia semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Kurikulum mengenai herbal pada fakultas-fakultas kedokteran umum di Indonesia baru dicanangkan pada tahun 2011 dan mulai diadakan pada tahun 2012. Pengetahuan dan penerimaan dokter umum terhadap herbal yang kurang memadai akan mengakibatkan pemanfaatan herbal yang kurang tepat di masyarakat. Teori menyatakan bahwa penerimaan (kognitif, afektif dan konatif) salah satunya dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap penerimaan dokter umum pada herbal di Purwokerto. Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square Path Modeling dengan bantuan SmartPLS 2.0 menunjukkan variabel pengetahuan hanya berpengaruh pada penerimaan afektif dan konatif, sementara penerimaan kognitif tidak dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan. Penerimaan kognitif (skor = 922) dan afektif (skor = 1094) para dokter di Purwokerto terhadap herbal adalah tinggi dan penerimaan konatif (skor = 1352) hanya berada pada tingkat sedang. Penerimaan secara total menghasilkan skor total sebesar 3368, atau termasuk kategori tinggi. Pengetahuan para dokter di Purwokerto terhadap herbal termasuk kategori sedang (skor = 2362). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The utilization of herbs as an alternative medicine in Indonesia has increased each year. The curriculum of herbs on medicine in Indonesia common recently in 2011 and begin to be held in 2012. Knowledge and acceptence of general practitioners will result inadequate utilization of herbs that are less appropiate in the community. The theory says that the acceptance (cognitive, affective, conative) can be influenced by knowledge. This research has objective to analyze the influence of knowledge about acceptance general practitioners on herbs in Purwokerto. The test results by using the Partial Least Square analysis Path Modeling with SmartPLS 2.0 show variable knowledge only effect on the acceptance of affective and cognitive, while conative is not affected by the knowledge. Cognitive (score = 922) and affective (score = 1094) genereal practitioners in Purwokerto to herbs is hight and the acceptence of the conative (skore=1352) just to be on the level of average. The acceptence is total produce score total 3368, or including a hight category. Knowledge about herbs of general practitioners in Purwokerto is average. |
