| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Fosfor merupakan salah satu unsur hara makro yang sangat dibutuhkan caisin, tetapi kelarutannya rendah karena mudah terikat dengan unsur lain membentuk Al-P dan Fe-P. Pemanfaatan Bacillus subtilis B46 + Pseudomonas flourescens P60 dapat meningkatkan serapan P. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh peningkatan dosis pupuk SP-36 terhadap pertumbuhan caisin, mengkaji pengaruh aplikasi Bacillus subtilis B46 + Pseudomonas flourescens P60 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil caisin, dan mempelajari pengaruh interaksi dosis pupuk SP-36 dan aplikasi Bacillus subtilis B46 + Pseudomonas flourescens P60 terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil caisin. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2012 sampai Februari 2013 di Rumah Kaca dan Laboratorium Benih P4TK/VEDCA Cianjur. Metode penelitian yaitu metode eksperimen Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk SP-36 dan faktor kedua adalah aplikasi bakteri Bacillus subtilis B46 + Pseudomonas flourescens P60, setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 5 ulangan. Hasil analisis kuantitatif IAA sampel Pseudomonas flourescens P60 4,91ppm, sedangkan Bacillus subtilis B46 3,93 ppm. Penambahan dosis pupuk SP-36 hingga 300 kg/ha meningkatkan luas daun (32,90%) dan bobot segar tajuk (50,59%) dibandingkan kontrol. Aplikasi bakteri Bacillus subtilis B46 + Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 meningkatkan bobot segar tajuk (31,64%), bobot kering akar caisin (62,16%), dan volume akar (23,31%), namun menurunkan rasio bobot kering tajuk akar caisin (4,63%) dibandingkan kontrol. Pada aplikasi Bacillus subtilis B46 + Pseudomonas flourescens P60 bobot kering tajuk (11,22 g), rasio bobot kering tajuk akar (23,97), serapan P (272,24 mg), serta efisiensi serapan P paling tinggi (31,007%) diperoleh melalui dosis pemupukan SP-36 200 kg/ha. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Mustard is leaf vegetables which is a commodity that has a commercial value and favored Indonesia people. In order to grow optimally mustard requires the availability of sufficient macro nutrients. Phosphorus is one of the macro elements needed to support plant growth , as it functions in the preparation of every living cell and energy transformation processes that determine growth but are not available to support plant growth, because of low solubility . Therefore, it is necessary to do research on the effect phosphorus fertilizer doses and application of bacterial B. subtilis B46 + P. flourescens P60 on growth mustard ( Brassica juncea L. ). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of increasing doses of SP - 36 fertilizer on growth and yield mustard , determine the effect application of bacterial B. subtilis B46 + P. flourescens P60 on growth and yield mustard, and study the interaction effect of fertilizer SP – 36 doses and B. subtilis B46 + P. flourescens P60 on growth and yield mustard. This study was conducted on December 2012 until February 2013 at the Laboratory of Seed and Green House P4TK/Vedca Cianjur. Analysis of varians model in a factorial randomized complete design.The first factor is phosphorus fertilizer doses (P) and the second factor is bacterial of B. subtilis B46 + P. flourescens P60 application (B). The observed variables include: plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, root fresh weight and root dry weight, shoot fresh weight and shoot dry weight, shoot root ratio of fresh weight, shoot root ratio of dry weight, root volumes, content nutrient analysis and tissue uptake of phosphorus analysis, analysis of total P and available P soil after treatment, and fertilizer efficiency. Soil analysis pre treatment include: total C analysis (Walkey and Black method), available P (Olsen), K-dd (NH4OAc), H2O pH, available N, microbial phosphate solvent. Bacteria test consists of dissolving phosphate analysis (total plate count), count the number of colonies total plate count method, the bacterial compatibility test with the bacteria pour plate method, the IAA qualitative analysis with colorimetric method using Salkowski reagent, quantitatively with HPLC method. The results showed that the addition of P fertilizer doses until 300 Kg/ha increased leaf area (32,90%) and shoot fresh weight (50,59%) than controls. Application of bacteria B. subtilis B46 + P. fluorescens P60 increased the shoot fresh weight (31.64%), root dry weight of mustard (62.16%), and root volumes (23.31%), but decreased the mustard shoot root ratio dry weight (4.63%) than controls. On the application bacterial the highest of shoot dry weight, dry weight of shoot root ratio, P uptake and P uptake efficiency at the fertilizer dose of 200 kg / ha. Without application of bacterial P fertilizer doses variation did not result shoot dry weight, soil total P content and P uptake differences. |
