| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Telah dilakukan analisis vegetasi tumbuhan bawah pada tegakan pinus (Pinus merkusii Jungh. et de Vriese) di Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan Banyumas Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan struktur dan komposisi vegetasi tumbuhan bawah pada tegakan pinus di RPH Kebasen dengan RPH Baturraden. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan petak kuadrat yang diletakkan pada sisi kanan dan kiri sub-sub transek. Parameter yang diukur adalah jumlah jenis dan individu masing-masing jenis tumbuhan bawah, faktor lingkungan seperti kelembapan udara, pH tanah, dan intensitas cahaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur dan komposisi vegetasi tumbuhan bawah di RPH Kebasen berjumlah 32 jenis yang terdiri dari 23 famili, yang didominasi oleh Polyscias scutellaria dengan INP 20,89 %, sedangkan di RPH Baturraden yang tercatat sebanyak 23 jenis yang terdiri dari 16 famili yang didominasi oleh Oplismenus compositesdengan INP 14,2 %. Komunitas tumbuhan bawah tegakan pinus RPH Kebasen berbeda dengan RPH Baturraden dengan nilai Indeks Kesamaan (IS) sebesar 65,78 %.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Analysis of Understorey Vegetation At Pine Stand (Pinus merkusii Jungh . et de Vriese) has been done in the Forest Management Unit East Banyumas. This research was aimed at compare in the structure and composition of vegetation under the pine stands (P.merkusii) in RPH Kebasen and RPH Baturraden,. The method used was survey method with quadratic plots sampling technique which is placed on the right and left of sub-transect. The parameters observed is included the number of species and individuals of each understorey species, environmental factors such as humidity, soil pH, and light intensity. The result of this study showed that the structure and composition of understorey vegetation in RPH Kebasen are 32 species consist of 23 families, with the most dominant species is Polyscias Scutellaria with IVI 20.89 %, while at RPH Baturraden there were 23 species consisting of 16 families, with the most dominant species is Oplismenus composites with IVI 14.2 %. Plant communities under pine stands in RPH Kebasen is different from RPH Baturraden with Value Similarity Index of 65.78 %. |
