| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Leukemia limfoblastik akut merupakan jenis keganasan yang paling banyak dijumpai pada anak. Manifestasi klinis berupa sel darah putih yang tidak normal sehingga mengakibatkan pucat, pusing, demam, dan nyeri. Penyakit ini berpotensi untuk disembuhkan dengan cara kemoterapi. Salah satu efek dari kemoterapi adalah mukositis mulut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui derajat keparahan mukositis mulut berdasarkan fase induksi, konsolidasi dan reinduksi pasca kemoterapi pada pasien anak leukemia limfoblastik akut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah anak leukemia limfoblastik akut yang menjalani kemoterapi rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dharmais”, Jakarta pada tanggal 30 Desember 2013-29 Januari 2014 sebanyak 15 pasien. Hasil penelitian selama 3 minggu terhadap mukositis mulut pada fase induksi, konsolidasi, dan reinduksi menunjukan adanya peningkatan, penurunan maupun derajat keparahan mukositis mulut yang stabil dari minggu pertama sampai minggu ketiga baik itu pada fase induksi, konsolidasi maupun reinduksi. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa sebab, antara lain kebersihan mulut, riwayat mukositis mulut sebelumnya, jumlah trombosit serta leukosit dan sifat kooperatif dari orangtua pasien dalam aplikasi nistatin, aloclair ataupun betadin. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), is the common malignancy that occur in children. Clinical manifestation of this disease are abnormal white blood cell proliferation which replace normal bone marrow component with pallor, headache, fever, bone pain, and bleeding. This disease is potential to be are through chemotherapy. One of the side effect of chemotherapy is oral mucositis. The purpose of this research is to know the degree of severity oral mucositis based on induction, consolidation and reinduction phase after chemotherapy in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The methode of this study is descriptive cross sectional. The subject of this research is children with ALL aged 1-18 who stay at cancer hospital “Dharmais”, Jakarta for have some treatment on 29th December 2013 until 29th January 2014. The result of this research showed that in 3 weeks, there is increase, decrease, or stable degree of oral mucositis at induction, consolidation, and reinduction phase . It happen because there are influence by oral hygiene, a history of previous oral mucositis, the number of platelet and leukosit, and of course cooperative the parents who aplication nystatin, aloclair or betadine. |
