| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan diabetes melitus yang terjadi karena resistensi tubuh terhadap efek insulin yang diproduksi oleh sel beta pankreas. Diabetes melitus yang tidak terkontrol pada pasien diabetes melitus akan menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi salah satunya ulkus diabetikum. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya ulkus diabetikum pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di RSUD Prof dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case control. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode quota sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 72 orang terdiri dari 36 kelompok kasus (penderita diabetes melitus dengan ulkus diabetikum dan 36 kelompok kontrol (penderita diabetes melitus tanpa ulkus diabetikum) di RSUD dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: Faktor perawatan kaki tidak teratur (p=0,000), penggunaan alas kaki tidak tepat (p=0,000), adanya deformitas kaki (p=0,004), adanya riwayat ulkus sebelumnya (p=0,002), lama diabetes mellitus ≥8tahun (p=0,018), dan olahraga tidak teratur (p=0,000) merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya ulkus diabetikum sedangkan faktor gangguan penglihatan (p=0,083), dukungan keluarga (p=0,083) dan merokok (p=0,101) tidak mempengaruhi terjadinya ulkus diabetikum. Kesimpulan: faktor olahraga merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi terjadinya ulkus diabetikum, penderita diabetes mellitus yang tidak melakukan olahraga secara teratur berisiko 10.617 kali terjadinya ulkus diabetikum. |

Inggris) | Background : Diabetes mellitus type 2 is a diabetes mellitus that occurs because the body's resistance to the effects of insulin which is produced by the beta cells of the pancreas . Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus in patients who has diabetes mellitus cause lead to various complications one of them is diabeticum ulcer. Purpose : This research aimed to know the factors that influence of the occurrence of diabeticum ulcers in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 in RSUD Prof. dr . Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Methods : This research used a case control design. Taking sample use quota sampling method with the total of sample are 72 people consist of 36 groups of cases (patients with diabetes mellitus with diabeticum ulcers) and 36 control group (patients with diabetes mellitus without diabeticum ulcers in RSUD Prof. dr . Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Instrument that used in this research is questionnaire, and it was analyzed used univariate , bivariate and multivariate analyzes. Results : Factor irregular foot care (p = 0.000), incorrect use of footwear (p = 0.000), presence of foot deformity (p = 0.004), a history of previous ulcers (p = 0.002), duration of diabetes mellitus ≥ 8year (p = 0.018) , and irregular exercise (p = 0.000) are factors that influence the occurrence of diabeticum ulcers while impaired vision factors (p = 0.083), family support (p = 0.083) and smoking (p = 0.101) did not influence the occurrence of diabeticum ulcers. Conclusion : sport factor is the most dominant factor that influencing the occurrence of diabeticum ulcers , patient who has diabetes mellitus and did not do regularly exercise will easily get 10,617 times of the risk of diabeticum ulcers. |
