| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Stroke dapat mengakibatkan gangguan afektif, kognitif, psikomotor dan perubahan mood. Reaksi emosional yang ditimbulkan dapat mempengaruhi tingkat spiritual. Pada stroke serangan pertama, mereka cenderung sulit untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi dalam dirinya. Sedangkan storke serangan berulang, mereka dianggap lebih mampu untuk beradaptasi dengan pengalaman spiritual yang didapat dari serangan sebelumnya. Tingkat spiritual dapat menentukan kemampuan individu dalam beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi sehingga pasien mampu untuk memotivasi dan merawat diri agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat spiritual pasien stroke serangan pertama dan serangan berulang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis komparatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi pasien stroke di RSUD Dr. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu consecutive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 pasien stroke. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah fisher’s exact. Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan tingkat spiritual yang bermakna antara pasien stroke serangan pertama dan serangan berulang (p value = 0,001). Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan tingkat spiritual yang bermakna antara pasien stroke serangan pertama dengan serangan berulang. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Background: Stroke can cause impaired affective, cognitive, psychomotor, and mood change. Emotional reactions influence the spiritual level patient. At the first attack, they are difficult to adapt with this condition. While the reccurent attack , they are considered better to adapt because they have spiritual experience from previous attack. Spiritual level can determine individual capabilities to adapt of the change, so the patient have good motivation and self care to improve their quality of life. Purpose: The aim of this study to know the difference level of spiritual stroke patien at the first attack and reccurent attacks. Method: The study applied comparative analysis with cross sectional design. The population were stroke patients in Dr. R. Goeteng taroenadibrata Purbalingga Hospital. Sampling technique was consecutive sampling there were 50 stroke patients. As respondent used exact fisher’s. Result: There is significant difference level of spiritual beetwen the first time attack and reccurent attack stroke patient with p value = 0.001. Conclusion: There is significant different level of spiritual beetwen the first time attack and reccurent attack of stroke patient. |
