| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya, pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya, pengaruh stres kerja terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya, pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya, pengaruh stres kerja terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan kontrak PT, Asaputex Jaya melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan kontrak PT, Asaputex Jaya melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan uji multivariate. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 60 karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Cluster Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya, dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya, Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya, dukungan sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan kontrak PT. Asaputex Jaya, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja karyawan kontrak PT. There are 60 contract employees of PT. Asaputex Jaya taken as the sample and the sampling technique used in this research in Cluster Sampling. The result of research inficates that the work stress has significant negative effect to the job satisfaction of contract employees of PT. Asaputex Jaya, social support gives significant positive effect to the job satisfaction of contract employees of PT. Asaputex Jaya, work stress gives significant positive effect to the turnover intention of contract employees of PT. Asaputex Jaya, social support gives negative significant effect to the turnover intention of contract employees of PT. Asaputex Jaya, job satisfaction gives significant negative effect to the turnover intention of contract employees of PT. Asaputex Jaya, work stress has significant effect to the turnover intention of contract employees of PT. Asaputex Jaya with job satisfaction as the variable of mediation, social support gives sugnificant effect to the turnover intention of contract employees of PT.
