| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik pekerjaan - keluarga, kinerja karyawan dengan stres kerja mediasi variabel dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai pokok dalam pengumpulan data dan informasi dari responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto dengan populasi 150 orang dan digunakan sebagai studi sampel 60 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa efek positif kerja konflik keluarga terhadap stess kerja di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, pekerjaan konflik keluarga negatif mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, kepuasan karyawan memiliki efek positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, stres kerja memediasi hubungan antara konflik kerja - keluarga terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto dan kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan antara keluarga kerja konflik terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aimed to determine the effect of work-family conflict, the performance of employees with job stress mediating variables and job satisfaction. This research is a case study using the questionnaire as a staple in the collection of data and information from the respondents. The research was conducted at the Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto with a population of 150 people and is used as a sample study of 60 people. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that the work family conflict positive effect on employment stess on Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, work family conflict negatively affects job satisfaction at the Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, job stress negatively affect the performance of the employees at the Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, employee satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance of employees at the Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto, job stress mediates the relationship between work-family conflict on employee performance at the Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work family conflict on employee performance at the Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto. |
