| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Sebagai salah satu alat indra yang penting bagi kehidupan manusia, mata sangat perlu dijaga kesehatannya. Ada beberapa penyakit mata yang bisa menyebabkan kebutaan seperti katarak dan glaukoma. Namun ketidaktahuan masyarakat akan hal tersebut membuat mereka mengabaikan gejala-gejala yang terjadi, serta mahalnya biaya pemeriksaan di klinik spesialis mata menjadi alasan untuk tidak langsung memeriksakan gejala yang dirasakan. Sistem deteksi penyakit mata dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang menggunakan gejala berbasis komunitas sebagai basis datanya diharapkan bisa dimanfaatkan oleh pusat kesehatan masyarakat untuk mendeteksi gejala awal dari katarak maupun glaukoma tanpa melalui uji klinis, sehingga masyarakat bisa memeriksakan gejala yang dirasakan ke puskesmas terdekat dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau. Dengan demikian penanganan dini terhadap gejala penyakit mata bisa dilakukan sebelum penyakit tersebut bertambah parah. Hasil dari sistem yang telah dirancang mempunyai tingkat keakuratan 88,8% dari 45 sampel pasien penyakit mata dengan membandingkan hasil diagnosa dari petugas medis di Balai Pengobatan Mata Kamandaka. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | As one of the essential senses for human life, eye health is very important to be maintained. There are several eye diseases that can cause blindness such as cataracts and glaucoma. But the ignorance of the people make them ignore the perceived symptoms, and the high cost of eye checkup in specialist clinics to be reason for not checkup the perceived symptoms immediately . Eye disease detection system with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which uses symptom based on community as the database is expected to be used by community health centers to detect early symptoms of cataracts or glaucoma without clinical trials, so that people can check the perceived symptoms to the nearest health center with a more affordable cost. Thus early treatment for symptoms of eye disease can be done before the disease gets worse. The results of the system which has been designed have 88.8% accuracy rate of 45 patient samples by comparing the eye disease diagnosis of the medical officer in Kamandaka Eye Medical Center. |
