Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Berprestasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Danamon Simpan Pinjam Cluster Magelang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Danamon Simpan Pinjam Cluster Magelang. (2) pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan laizes faire terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi berprestasi karyawan. (5) pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap motivasi berprestasi karyawan. (6) pengaruh kepemimpinan laizes faire terhadap motivasi berprestasi karyawan. (7) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan. (8) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan transaksional dengan kinerja karyawan. (9) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan laizes faire dengan kinerja karyawan
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan populasi seluruh karyawan Danamon Simpan Pinjam Cluster Magelang sebanyak 125 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 orang diambil dengan teknik cluster proportional random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear dan analisis regresi multivariat.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi karyawan. (5) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi karyawan. (6) Gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi berprestasi karyawan. (7) Motivasi berprestasi belum mampu sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Danamon Simpan Pinjam Cluster Magelang. (8) Motivasi berprestasi belum mampu sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Danamon Simpan Pinjam Cluster Magelang. (9) Motivasi berprestasi sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan laizzes faire terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Danamon Simpan Pinjam Cluster Magelang.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The study is titled "The Effect of Leadership and Achievement Motivation on Employee Performance Cluster Magelang Danamon Savings and Loans". This study aims to analyze : (1) the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance Danamon Savings and Loans Cluster Magelang. (2) the effect of transactional leadership on employee performance. (3) the influence of laizes faire leadership on employee performance. (4) the effect of transformational leadership on achievement motivation of employees. (5) transactional leadership effects on achievement motivation of employees. (6) the effect laizes faire leadership toward achievement motivation of employees. (7) the influence of achievement motivation of employees as a mediating variable between transformational leadership with employee performance. (8) the influence of achievement motivation of employees as a mediating variable between transactional leadership with employee performance. (9) the influence of achievement motivation of employees as a mediating variable between laizes faire leadership with employee performance
This study uses a survey to the entire population of employees Danamon Savings and Loans Cluster Magelang many as 125 people. 56 samples are taken with a proportional random cluster sampling technique. Analysis of the data using linear regression analysis and multivariate regression analysis.
The results were obtained conclusions : (1) transformational leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. (2) transactional leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. (3) laissez-faire leadership style has a negative influence on employee performance. (4) transformational leadership style has a positive effect on achievement motivation of employees. (5) The transactional leadership style has a positive effect on achievement motivation of employees. (6) laissez-faire leadership style has a negative effect on achievement motivation of employees. (7) Achievement motivation has not been able to as a mediating variable between transformational leadership on employee performance at Danamon Savings and Loans Cluster Magelang. (8) Achievement motivation has not been able to as a mediating variable between transactional leadership on employee performance at Danamon Savings and Loans Cluster Magelang. (9) Achievement motivation as a mediating variable between laizzes faire leadership to employee performance in Danamon Savings and Loans Cluster Magelang.
