| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh beban kerja, konflik kerja - keluarga, konflik keluarga - pekerjaan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan aspek kelelahan emosional sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, kriteria yang digunakan adalah : 1 ) Meneliti perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap dalam dan perawatan anak RSUD Margono Soekarjo. 2 ) perawat yang telah menjadi perawat tetap di ruang rawat inap dalam dan perawatan anak RSUD Margono Soekarjo. 3 ) Perawat yang sudah menikah di dalam ruang rawat inap dalam dan perawatan anak RSUD Margono Soekarjo. sehingga ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 68 responden. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square ( PLS ) menunjukkan bahwa: 1 ) Beban kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kelelahan emosional perawat di ruang rawat inap dalam dan perawatan anak RSUD Margono Soekarjo di Purwokerto. 2 ) konflik pekerjaan - keluarga secara positif mempengaruhi kelelahan emosional perawat di ruang rawat inap dalam dan perawatan anak RSUD Margono Soekarjo di Purwokerto. 3 ) Konflik keluarga - pekerjaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kelelahan emosional perawat di ruang rawat inap dalam dan perawatan anak RSUD Margono Soekarjo di Purwokerto. 4 ) Kelelahan emosional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap dalam dan perawatan anak RSUD Margono Soekarjo di Purwokerto. 5 ) Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap dalam dan perawatan anak RSUD Margono Soekarjo di Purwokerto. 6 ) Kelelahan emosional memediasi pengaruh secara parsial beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap dalam dan perawatan anak RSUD Margono Soekarjo di Purwokerto. pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dengan dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja. Ternyata bahwa pengaruh langsung koefisien – 0,375 lebih besar dari pengaruh tidak langsung adalah – 0,112. hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelelahan emosional hanya memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara beban kerja dalam kinerja perawat . |

Inggris) | The research is titled “Effect of workload, work - family conflict, family-work conflict on nurses performance with Aspects of emotional exhaustion as a Mediating Variable in in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto”. The aims of research are to find out and to analyze the effect of Effect of workload, work - family conflict, family-work conflict on nurses performance with aspects of emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable. The method of research is survey with sampling technique uses non probability sampling by purposive sampling. In this research, the criteria applied was: 1). Examining nurses working in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo. 2). nurse who has become a regular officer in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo. 3). Nurses who are already married in in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo. It is know that sample size of this research is 68 respondents. Based on the result of research analysis data using Partial Least Square (PL) indicated that : 1). The workload was proved had positive effect but not significantly influenced the emotional exhaustion of nurses in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. 2). Family - work conflict positively influence the emotional exhaustion of nurses in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. 3). Work - family conflict positive effect on emotional exhaustion of nurses in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. 4). Emotional exhaustion negatively affect the performance of nurses in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. 5). Workload negatively affect the performance of nurses in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. 6). Emotional exhaustion partially mediates the effect of workload to the performance of nurses in preserved room and child care at RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Effect on employee performance with mediated Job Satisfaction. It turns out that the direct effect coefficient -0,375 is greater than the indirect effect is -0,112. So the results of the above analysis it can be concluded that emotional exhaustion is only partially mediates the relationship between workload in the nurses performance |
