| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tumor merupakan hasil pertumbuhan sel abnormal dalam tubuh yang berdasarkan sifatnya diklasifikasikan menjadi tumor jinak dan tumor ganas. Pada penelitian ini, dikaji perilaku model pengobatan tumor dengan menggunakan virus yang melibatkan sistem imun sel CTL. Model mempunyai enam titik kesetimbangan. Pengobatan tumor berhasil apabila sel tumor yang tidak terinfeksi virus dan sistem imun sel CTL akan punah. Titik kesetimbangan TE2 memperlihatkan keberhasilan pengobatan tumor dan bersifat stabil asimtotis berdasarkan nilai parameter yang digunakan. Hasil simulasi model pada titik tersebut menunjukkan bahwa, semakin besar tingkat pertumbuhan intrinsik sel tumor yang terinfeksi virus atau semakin kecil tingkat kematian alaminya, maka jumlah sel tumor yang terinfeksi virus juga semakin besar. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Tumor is a kind of an abnormal growth of cell in the body which is classified into benign and malignant. In this research, the behaviour of tumor therapy by virus that involving the immune CTL cell system based model Wodarz (2001). This model has six equilibrium points. The therapy will be successfull if the uninfected tumor cell and the immune CTL cell system is extincted. The equilibrium point TE2 shows that the tumor therapy will be successful and asymptotically stable depend on the value of the parameter that are used. The simulation shows that, the greater intrinsic growth rate of tumor cells infected by the virus or the less the natural mortality rate, then the greater proportion of tumor cell infected by the virus. |
