| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian tentang Pengaruh Perendaman Formalin Terhadap Waktu Penetasan dan Daya Tetas Telur ikan Gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) telah dilakukan Laboratorium Jurusan Perikanan dan Kelautan Unsoed., Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui waktu penetaan telur yang direndam formalin dengan konsentrasi berbeda dan pengaruh terhadap daya tetas telur ikan gurami. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu ekperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 4x2 masing-masing perlakuan dilakukan ulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Kombinasi perlakuan dalam penelitian adalah perbedaan konsentrasi formalin 0, 2, 4, dan 6 ml/L dan waktu perendaman telur 5 dan 10 menit. Dan waktu penetasan telur dilakukan secara deskriptif, Percobaan menggunakan wadah volume 2,5 L dengan padat tebar 100 butir/2 L, Telur yang digunakan adalah telur yang sudah terbuahi lebih dari 24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan waktu perendaman telur dalam formalin dengan konsentrasi berbeda, waktu penetasan,semua telur menetas yaitu 48 jam, dan daya tetas telur ikan 98-99% |

Inggris) | Research on the Effect of Formalin Against Soaking Time and egg hatchability hatchery fish giant gouramy ( Osphronemus gouramy ) has done Laboratory Department of Fisheries and Marine Unsoed . , The purpose of this study was to determine the time penetaan eggs soaked with different concentrations of formaldehyde and the effect on egg hatchability giant gouramy. Experimental method is performed by using completely randomized design ( CRD ) 4x2 factorial each treatment replications performed 3 times. Combination treatment in the study is the difference in the concentration of formaldehyde 0 , 2 , 4 , and 6 ml / L and 5 eggs soaking time and 10 minutes . And the time of hatching eggs be descriptive, experiments using a container with a volume of 2.5 L stocking density of 100 grains / 2 L , eggs used are eggs that have been fertilized more than 24 hours . The results showed the time of immersion of eggs in different concentrations of formaldehyde , hatching time , all the eggs to hatch is 48 hours , and egg hatchability of fish 98-99 %. |
